I start to think about all these things happening in other places or to other people; things that I can do nothing about, and I forget about situations I am close to, I lose touch with actually paying attention to the moment...

worrying never helps, but I guess this is one lesson hard to learn

I guess, as with anything, a balance of viewpoints needs to be maintained, because nothing can ever be fully "good" or "bad", there is only in balance and off balance...but finding balance in a world that I don't understand is so difficult, I wonder if all of us are in the same boat or if everyone else really is as confident as they seem to me

Hi Obe yes everyone is in the same boat or some are i know i am i am not perfect and i make alot of mistake but i aways say what i am i do not pretent to be who i am not my only friend today told me i have gone though alot of **** that i became **** myself then he try to change it.But i know what he trying to say he better then me. This time he hurt me alot i will never forgive him

Hi Obe. Well let me tell i had a terrible fight with my best friend.Over such a silly discussion. i thought i surly die yesterday. He my only friend and i get scare when we fight. Today i called him and he answer and said Are you feeling better today?

Well let me put my sun glasses on. I am very ashamed of myself for fighting with him. Because i was wrong and i should not said the things i did. He still talks to me but he told me i disapoints him. And that broke my heart.Because i cant be perfect.
