Can someone please explain to me what this is, as I am thoroughly interested, but have no idea of what exactly goes on in this cycle. Is it explained in Gooberz?

I might be wrong, I thought it was a way of describing the way saturn moves through our birth charts. around 7 years old, saturn squaures itself, 14 saturn opposes itself, 21 saturn squares itself again, 28 saturn return.
