I recently downloaded this picture from my phone when I got a new one. I took it last july when I was in Key West. It is very grainy and I have been trying to see if I can fix it up a bit. It looks like there is someone, a young man, in this photo. When I ge the chance I will work on making this clearer and repost. I hope it is not too hard to see the way it is....

I'll run it through my editor and see what I pic up. I love paranormal photos- Ive been analyzing a lot lately. This looks promising

Hmm I've run a bunch on filters over it, on high contrast looks like there might be something there....
