What do you think? Is it possible to have one? How does it happen, and why?

I experienced one and it was just weird. The sky was all weird and we were continuing a conversation that was cut short. The next mourning I acted strange because I had a dream with her I think, and she announced that she had a dream continuing our conversation just to get rid of any discussion of it.

Because we can't always express the things we want to by means of physical communication maybe? Maybe we work things out with others on the dream level too.

It is called "Dream Sharing" or Dream Fasting".
Yes, one can indeed actually communicate that way whether like normal conversation or symbolic sharing.

Fascinating stuff! Why wouldn't she want to continue the discussion? Sounds like issues I had a dream last night I was talking to PixelPixie in the flesh, but I've never met her, and I think she was different than her photo. PP, did you continue this dream? That would be way weird.

it happened to me once. about 3 years ago. laying next to each other, we dreamed the exact same thing. seemed so very strange to me.
