Sleeping Beauty

for again now, in great recall
must i read you the poem as i fall?

in abundant hope you will come to be
whence i shall tell the all?

a simple word occurs in all the worlds
so why must you not wake in the sweetest first call?

for whence it shall thunder
it shall cry tears of blood and fall

for whence the wells brim and flood
shall ye have known the all

whence shall ye have come to be
so whence shall ye recall?

must you sit for eternity
high up the castle wall?

whence shall ye awake, Sleeping Beauty?
whence shall ye come down the hall?

come to be, and rest awhile
come by the shed of the waterfall

come to be, and rest awhile
for ye shall not live to listen the all

for whence it shall thunder
it shall cry tears of blood and fall

for whence ye shall not be
shall ye have known the all

so whence shall ye have come to be
so whence shall ye recall?...

whence the coil wills it can recoil
whence it wills it can recall
