What is your interpretation of what the Spirit World, aka "Heaven" looks (is) like ? This is not posted to be a debate, only for sharing. IP: Logged |

I believe in reincarnation so for me the heaven and the hell is this earth. It's easy to see, I'll say it in a simple way, there are so many different lives, some are like hell and some are like heaven and some are in between. The life that we are living now is the life that we created from our past life karmas to learn our lessons. After we clean all the karmas and learn our lessons, we will join the energy that created all this universe, we are all part of this energy that was seperated into pieces to experience it's good and bad sides. We shouldn't forget that we are all pieces of this enerfy that created everything, so we do have the power to create as well, by positive thinking and overcoming and cleaning our fears and karmas, we can create the the life we want, in a way we are able to create our own "heaven". It may be harder with people with heavier karmas, because they have much to clean, but like I said before since we are all parts of the energy that created this universe, we do have the ability create. This is just what I think .IP: Logged |

I no longer believe in reincarnation because reincarnation is a state of separation. Heaven and hell are states that are potentially here and now. I'm not certain what will happen to us at the end of life, but I believe that this is the end of the road for 99.99% of us. Individuals who have reached an ultra high vibrational life in alignment with source energy maintain their oneness after death (simply expand.) Their vessel/life was like a clear glass allowing source energy to fully shine though their being. They were never really separate from source during their lives. All energy is connected to the oneness, but the 99.99% of us that have lived through ego in a separate low vibrational state who have never been in alignment with source, life ends at death because all our focus in life has been on what is impermanent. Their vessel/life was like a ceramic mug. Maybe some interesting patterns on the glaze, but source energy was blocked because the focus in life was only material. Humanity with all our emotions, fears, attitudes, ego ends at death. No light shining through, no connection to source. The source energy in us was untouched. Life is a tremendous gift and hopefully it was an enjoyable experience, but it is the end of the road if our focus is only on the impermanence of this world. Just my theory in progress... It's probably like high def tv. Have you ever seen the color on a really expensive digital tv? So much better than real life! And it's probably a place of learning as well. Just my take. ------------------ "I have found a desire within myself that no experience in this world can satisfy; the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world." -C.S. I don't know anything about the spiritual world because it is truly unknown. At times I even doubt it exists and is simply electromagnetic energy personified. If it does I would assume that their is no emotion (human trait) no pain (human trait) no linear time everything would be collapsed, no separate spirits, one energy, no individuals, the state of "0", automatically expands...IP: Logged |

I'm with Randall. My belief: Since it is the "non-physical", it means there are no limitations like what we experience with the physical body (limited to 5 senses only). And with no limitations, everything is "high definition". For example, they have colors and sounds that we humans are not familiar with for the simple reason that they are not within the range perceivable by our physical senses. Time and distance do not exist, therefore as soon as you think of something you can have it materialize instantly and if you want to go someplace you are there as soon you want to be there. I believe there are many levels, and the one I described is of course not the highest. I think the highest is the level of the One that is All That Is, which I think is impossible to be described by our language or to even be imagined by our limited human mind. IP: Logged |

Deux - loved your description!!! I like what you said, "there are no limitations" "as soon as you think of something you can have it materialize instantly and if you want to go someplace you are there as soon you want to be there" Awesome!!! IP: Logged |

"Humpty dumpty sat on a wall Humpty dumpty had a great fall"Heaven is a fall. So is hell. I think hell is a lot better than heaven -- for as they say (Bible?): Hell is paved with good intentions. I think all we have is human life: and what we do decides how good or bad our next birth shall be. If we do good, then our good actions meet us in the next life as good relations (The Buddha). If you do bad, it is the other way. I think all that is is this world. And if you look around, you will both see heaven and hell. Look at a leper, a beggar. Isn't that hell? Look at a king: isn't that heaven? IP: Logged |

I imagine there are many different kinds of spirit worlds. Some not so pretty or nice, just like in the dreamlands. From what I understand you bring your mind with you when you die and it makes all the difference as to where you "end up". It's also very important to die in the right - or a peaceful state of mind. If we end up or find ourselves stuck in a not so nice one, I don't think we are doomed or spend eternity there. These worlds are similar to the earth plane in that we can learn and grow in them and move on to better experiences. It's important to develop the mind while in the body for this reason. Just some thoughts. IP: Logged |

We can also probably call on spiritual guidance or help in these realms, if that was something familiar to us, or something we practiced while in body.IP: Logged |
