Ok, information overload! Your mind is dealing with so much opinion and theory and is trying to organize all this "stuff" wherever it fits in relation to what you already know. It's a stressful task to try and make sense of whatever you have been reading/listening to. No wonder it's scary! First you have to rationalize with your logic and REALIZE that possibly none of what you are "fantasizing" about is true. Your mind will go in overdrive if you apply emotion to those fantasies. Rational thinking will allow you to think of these subjects without it affecting your current state. Those subjects your mentioned are very interesting and people go on their whole lives investigating those subjects with a fairly balanced emotional state. What is your current state? Are you happy and healthy? Do you have many things to be grateful for? Do you feel joy in your heart somewhere? That is your true state- anything affecting that is mental and paranoia. I also think a tendency to worry is the problem and not the subjects you are thinking about, worrying suggest that you feel out of control when that is FAR from the truth, you need to gain your power back. There is something that is a true expression of YOU and you need to be doing whatever it is that is your true expression ~ gain control and power over your mind and well being.

I would also mention that some conspiracy theories are often created by the existence of fear itself, a fear that needs you to be afraid to exist, pay no attention, as it doesn't affect your daily reality. Do the things that bring great joy to you and the world.
Fear is a powerful emotion- processing fear is a journey too.

I only know some universal truths not all.. I only aliens exist for sure and nothing else (psychic i trust and horary chart confirmed it, sumerian history etc is what i'm going on though i wish they were all wrong)

it's just the thoughts get more and more frightening

there is a theory humans were biogenetic expierment created prb for some dying civilization etc i really dont know. that we are some type of slave race.. universe is a system created.. we are just told we are here to learn lessons but are really manipulated into coming here.. guilted into it by a council so soul can evolve apparently

I don't know what's fact and what's fiction.. they talk about Jehovah or God so to speak really being an Annukai prince

this all of course freaks the hell out of me.. feel scared and betrayed even highest authority is evil..

scientists are saying it is possible to create universes, we could have been created by them.. like a slave race maybe i don't know, they control spirit world too apparently?

maybe solar system designed by them..
