I am experimenting many new formations of the visualization, once I get the signals that these are effective, will post here.

The Basic Foundation is using a Hebrew Golden Alpeh with a Golden Dot at the top, placing this image in the CHakra and Pineal Chakra Region in addition to the STandard Violet Shielding.

2004, my most unforgettable Astral Attack on the bad guys. The year I was playing around with the Pineal Gland and Violet, Blue, Purple colours.
It was afternoon in India, I was napping, must have been early hours in US. A typical wealthy East Coast Mansion, dozens of elite in ritual clothes.
A very beautiful blond haired and blue eyed baby boy, 6-8 months maybe, in the center of a Satanically decorated table. I sensed they were about to sacrifice him. I remember zapping them from my Pineal Gland, I had the advantage of surprise attack There was pure rage, like the Hulk. I then picked up the little angel, walked through the gate, then burned that mansion down with my eyes. I walked for while, saw a nice home nearby, left the little baby in the doorstep and rang the bell. Next I find myself awake in home. 6 years on, I remember every detail. Astral Event? Past Recall? Real Event managed through the Astral Plane? It was just too real.

In one of them a man is yelling at me and puts his hand on my forehead, and I can feel the vibrations, not good ones either, my head was starting to shake...another one wasn't really scary, but felt scary...everything was so dark.

The 'last straw' for me was when I could feel myself 'leaving' for like the 10th time...it felt okay, and I thought I could be going to the stars.. Oh no, I don't think so...typically if I am going somewhere, I go straight up, through the roof of our trailer. This time I was floating up at an angle, face down, with my head and arms hanging down...I started hearing a strange noise that didn't 'fit' other experiences...so I pulled myself back, which wasn't easy.

I grabbed onto my bf, and he grabbed me and held me...that broke the cycle...Another thing that was so different this time, is that I saw a couple of dark shadows, and the shape of a face in the dark...I have never experienced any of this before.

The funny thing about all of this is that I had just gotten some very good news yesterday, IQ confirmed something that I strongly suspected, and felt happy and whole...Pleiades sits exactly over us at night... He warned me of my susceptibility to astral attacks, but that didn't bother me much since I have been having 'episodes' for nearly 4 decades, that I remember...I don't get it?

Kat, did you do the meditation that I linked you to?

If not, then I would implore both you and your partner to do it ASAP to prevent any such astral nightmares. I know from personal experiences how draining these negative beings can be.

Mochai, visualizing brown while standing bare foot on clean Earth [maybe not possible in winter...] is a sure shot to help in grounding. As is eating organic red meat.

Love felt from the heart and from the head, this combination repels all Negative Entities, it is like Cyanide for them.

Give me some credit, I have a grand fire trine kite at 13 degrees. I do research this stuff and need to to stay employed and semi-sane . When I was running 26 miles a week and walking a ton on top of that I still couldn't stay grounded enough. I was doing things to spike the energies then (reiki healing on myself, meditation, reading books and focusing waay too much). Now I have more downtime and can ground myself with visualizaions and I'm doing a lot better. Kaali has left my natal kaali too which probably helps. I did notice some improvement when I started grounding to my 6th/7th chakra which I do appreciate by the way .

Red meat should be eaten if your blood needs more protein (O blood types need more protein) or if you're physically sick (in which case you will need to replenish your blood cells).

I have used a simple grounding meditation which often works for me before I do any Reiki energy healing work. Sit comfortably in a chair or on the couch with your feet touching the floor. Take a few deep breaths in and then breathe normally. Imagine your body is like a tree. Focus on this image for a minute or so. Then imagine your feet are becoming like roots of the tree and feel them go deep, deep, deep into the earth. Continue this for 5-10 minutes (depending on how long it takes for you to feel relaxed, calm, grounded and centered).

I've also discovered through one of my past-life meditations a geomantic symbol connected to the Archangel Raphael. He helps tremendously with any kind of healing work and even has helped protect me against any astral entities.

This is the Raphael meditation I created:

First sit or lie down comfortably. Next with your index finger, draw this symbol in front of your head:

(Start drawing the inverted triangle first and then draw the other underneath the inverted one)

Then put your right hand on your solar plexus and your left hand on your sacral charka. Close your eyes and imagine Raphael is with you and imagine an emerald green light surrounding your pineal gland. If this doesn't work after a couple of minutes, try invoking the Archangel Raphael's name and imagine your pineal gland surrounded by a lovely green light.

(Raphael's light ray is associated with emerald green)

Next, send your intention to Raphael. Give thanks and gratitude to Raphael, once you send your intention.

Some people never seem to have a problem with negative astral entities while others do.

I never had a problem with "entities" until I moved to London during my law school years. That year was terrible. I "woke" up one night to "see" this succubus-like creature with black eyes and hair on top of my chest. It felt like a ton of bricks. I dunno if I was half-way between the conscious and unconscious world but she seemed very real. During that time-period (in London), I was in a state of emotional and spiritual chaotic flux in my life and I'm sure that caused a lot of entities to come my way. After a couple of months of resolving the emotional issues in my life, I stopped having problems and I've never had a problem since.
