Does anyone have any tips on how we may remember our past lives?

Sometimes I feel as though I have memories of being in the spirit world, everything being lighter and more fluid; being able to fly. But I find it difficult to move past that, to recollect past lives on a material plane here or elsewhere. My problem is I do have lots of fragments that could originate from past lives, but I am not sure they are not just telepathic/ empathic dreams I've had where I've seen through the eyes of others. How can one tell the difference? I would love to recollect something more solid and coherent.

I've been pondering the afterlife a bit today, as well as the meaning of life, religion, the matrix, etc.

What if where we go depends on where we want to go.....that there are infinite possibilities we can tap into....tuning to whichever frequency we desire via the vehicle of thought?

It's a difficult thing to do- to remember past lives. When you're crossing the space/time continuum, some things might come back to you in a ball of confusion. It's best to use a guided meditation in order to properly access your past life. I don't recommend arbitrarily going into your past lives, unless you want to heal a trauma (that's affecting you in your present life) that might possibly have occurred in your past life. Also, I would strongly recommend doing grounding and balancing meditations first.

FYI- I only was able to access past-life information after I was initiated as a Reiki master.

I don't know- many past lives... many future lives... getting a vision or a dream can be anything & confusing, who knows what! However, I did have one experience when I focused on 1 particular past life, as in recent history and I received a dream with many details that I later confirmed (life became surreal and troubling because of this though, for a while) Then later, I actually found access to an autobiography from this particular previous life but can not afford to purchase it yet.
After many months of figuring out the details I finally came accross a photo of this woman- to whom I looked identical, I felt my quest for further evidence was over- I could now continue on with purchasing the autobiography which will be very expensive! I feel that is only 1 life I am looking at- there are countless others but I would not no where to begin. I guess this is a good start. So far.
I can share details but it is rather boring, as I am the one getting the thrills and excitement, but if you want to know more I'd be happy share a bit. By the way- it wasn't all me figuring this out- someone started the journey and pushed me into the inquiry.... I took it from there.

Its a rawfood board but since has turned into a bunch of journals with a small group of wise women.

I agree with Sunchild. It took me awhile to sort everything out and to obtain the answers I was searching for. They key is follow your intuition wisely when seeking out clues.

Whilst there are many ways I know and remember;
one of my favorite ways is when other folks;
who do not know my dreams/visions/rememberings;
out of the blue go,
omg!
They recognize me and I them!
we share what we know and wow!
It all fits seamlessly!

Another was a time when I and another person (soon to be ex3)remembered a lifetime when we were both brutally murdered.
Well,
my ex2, went nutters when I was leaving him;
he screamed and yelled for some 45 minutes about how it was not his fault, he said how could I leave him over something that happened in 1737!
He gave names, places, dates, the whole thing!
It was EXACTLY what me and the another person (soon to be ex3) remembered/knew!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had told no one!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then a few weeks later;
still having told no one else;
a friend came over;
said this guy wants to tell you something.
He was a total stranger whom our friend had met in a bar.
Well this guy told our friend, about a weird dream he kept having.
Our friend knowing we(me and soon to be ex3) do psychic work, told him, you need to talk to my two friends.
Well he brought Phil over to our apartment.
Phil tranced out the moment he saw us;
telling us about the murders, giving names, and what happened after the murders and who he had been, which was the mother to the murdered woman (my soon to be ex3, was the murdered woman in 1737).
There was much more of course.

Other really cool ones I knew of and my soon to be ex3 knew of.....
were confirmed by little kids!
Like betwixt the ages of 2 and 6!

While the soul can have an impact on biology I don't think the soul will replicate the original soul/biology with the cloning or genetic experimentation. Some souls choose a body with genes that are hard to control which is part of it.

Becoming a reiki master I do think helps with this stuff. I find when I channel reiki to the back of my head my visions get a lot better. I was getting past life visions with kundalini and they spiked a lot when I was meditating with kundalini. I was constantly getting visions of past lives which was very cool. They did get a little confusing at times, but sometimes you come across lives that are really hard to accept. I never had a hard time separating lives in visions but I have had them get blurred where one soul was looking at me through various past lives (the bipolar soulmate I've had the most problems with in this life). I've also went about asking my guides to teach me about past lives in dreams. Not much has happened there as I've gotten a little lax in my depression, but I had one dream where I did a past life regression with my bipolar soulmate and we went back to late renaissance italy. Later I got a vision about it and apparently I was bisexual but liked women a little better and he was controlling so I cheated on him with the maid (sent me laughing really bad). Then I had a later dream where I was told I could tell people I had egyptian past lives lol. For some odd reason I get amazingly vivid dreams when I sleep with my boyfriend who also has active kundalini, which I think I have past lives with but he's not a close soulmate. With him I've seen past lives of me as a hybrid reptilian performing a ceremony to become human (married to a human) and another as an indian where the word iroquois came up, and I think it was after the colonists had arrived but I don't know.

I feel like explaining how some of these visions happened. Just a warning this is going to sound crazy. The day when I got my most vivid vision I suddenly got random visions when I closed my eyes of a teapot and something else, frequently the name of a coffee shop and an elephant. Somehow it tied into my bipolar soulmate as that is the best way to get me motivated and I'd willingly cut of my hand if he could keep his index finger. I went to the coffee shop to get tea (not sure if this was a geomagnetic thing) and I sat in the corner with my book and situated my hand and book so I could close my eyes and get visions and no one would see. I ended up going through a shamanic tunnel for a really really long time and had a hard time staying in the tunnel while other images would pass by. I find this usually strengthens my visions along with train/car visions where I go deeper into trance. I think I did this for about 20 minutes. I use 3's for yeses and 4's for no's in visions for confirmation, and eventually I started seeing feet walking and then a map of downtown where it wanted me to walk. This confused me but I was high on kundalini so I went with it. I went to the park and decided to stop, and tried to practice clairaudience with trees before walking back through downtown. As I would close my eyes symbols of my most chronologically recent past life popped up along with an empty cinema and I preceded to get ****** off (I lived in nazi germany.. not a nazi, but bleh..). It kept insisting on symbols from that life. Eventually I got back to my car and decided to go into a deeper vision/trance. The pictures became extremely cinematic. I saw a man and a woman who looked extremely angry/disgruntled off in 50's attire. It then went in to showing their married life. Beatings, marital rape.. really bad. The woman was extremely over sexualized in her youth etc. When I asked about the childhood I saw a man's crotch. She married for money but she was a nurse during WW2. When I asked about her reaction to the events I saw a horrified woman and then her husband came up and covered her eyes (this really depresses me.. my draconic moon is pisces btw). I couldn't see anything else. Then later I saw this woman's leg being amputated (a practicing psychic told me she heard women screaming and bombs dropping during the first part of the reading). Then I saw her getting a fake leg being fitted so she could wear high heels. I have a birth mark on my right leg to match this. It kept showing her staring in the mirror and then having 15 shopping bags. She was absolutely gorgeous.. blonde hair.. blue eyes too. Eventually she got tired of the beatings and rape I guess, it showed her having an affair with someone else. The husband caught wind of this and then came up behind her one day and slit her throat. I got that she died around 1954. My mom had dreams in her childhood of being a woman with two children who died in the gas chambers in Germany. My mother always liked me more and envisioned herself in me even though everyone in my family says she is exactly like my sister. When I was young I wanted to hurt my sister and I have early memories of enjoying inflicting pain on her during a pluto transit square mars. She has one aspect in her chart that indicates her probably being a powerful male in her last life. When I asked if she was my husband I got yeses and nos (which happens sometimes). My sister is very much into judaisim although that's not our family roots. Anyway my husband was of the dominant party affiliation. I didn't want to admit this to people on here but I might as well. My sister gets ****** off when I call people nazi's in this life, and I think it's funny to call them nazis. I'm also insanely good at anatomy classes. I really didn't want to admit this here because that life disturbs me.

Souls are individual/unique.
There is no soul "copying"
Soul energy is simply energy.
It is the thoughts, experiences, memories, which create the identity patterns that give beings awareness.
And the capacity to learn.
A soul will enter any compatible body.
A cloned body or a genetically altered body, is still a body.
With rare exceptions, there is no choice.
Souls enter a body at approximately 3 months gestation, even in the case of a clone.
So, if you were to clone yourself;
the body would be the same, with a few exceptions, such as finger print patterns.
However the soul that would occupy the body of a person cloned from you, could be any soul, from any where.
None of your soul, nor memories, nor aura are transferred to the clone.
When a perfect android body is created, then a human soul could in theory, move into such a body, and begin to generate an auric field.
Additionally;
if one has a program for a complete identity pattern, as in for example;
Bladerunner;
well;
A perfect android body, could have such a pattern programmed in, with capabilities to learn, and then self aware,
it becomes a new living soul when it begins to then generate its own auric field.
So yes, in time, it is possible, to be as gods, creating new souls in artificial bodies.

Wow- LEXX- you're past-life story is incredible!! So freaky!

Last night (I don't know if it was because of the lunar eclipse) but I had such a vivid dream about Ancient Egypt. I was living in this big place- it looked like a pyramid but it had these enormous steps leading up to a villa of some sort. There were no windows (only sheer cotton veils to separate the rooms). It was night-time and I could see the moon from my bedroom. The moon was almost blood red in color! I could see an oasis of palm trees, ponds and flowers surrounding the villa. My bed was enormous and took up the entire middle of the room. I was trying to sleep but my cat (this Siamese cat with green eyes) kept staring at me and my partner (whoever the guy I was with in the bedroom). I told her (in my mind!)to sleep in the other room but she wouldn't listen. She was so annoying!

What a crazy dream, right????!!!!

Was it a past-life or was it just a dream? I dunno, really. I do know (from IQ) that I have spent more than one lifetime in ancient Eqypt so there may be some connection.

That's probably a past life persephone. You can telepathically communicate with animals. Cats are also known to be more psychic than dogs, perhaps because they are more frequently animal familiars.

Oh wow, Mochai that's REALLY intense.

I've had similar experiences, a friend of mine who was a reiki master used to do reiki and we'd recall past lives together or help me recall my own.

I know this is my last incarnation on Earth and I know that I've had many many many past lives from the beginning of time itself. But I've only ever recalled a few fully.

One was similar to yours, Mochai. I was explaining to my reiki friend about these visions and strange connections that I was having to Nazi Germany and we had a reiki session and together we dug up some stuff.

Apparently I was a Jewish woman living in Germany right where all the action was and was involved heavily in espionage and behind-the-scenes political warfare. The worst was having a vision of my own death, I was in some tall building in Berlin with the bombs going off and my back was facing a window. I was being confronted by someone then someone else came into the room and I was stabbed in the chest and thrown out the window.

In that vision I was wearing those heavy coats and had blonde hair that was just above my shoulders with blue eyes the same colour as the ones I was born with in this life. I was wearing red lipstick too (? random, I know). It was because of the way I looked that I could get away with being a spy and infiltrating the Nazi's. Maybe I was a fair Russian Jew or a Polish Jew who was getting info for the Red Army. Not sure.

Things in this life that have led me to this...always had a strong connection to WW2 and what was happening in Germany. My ex's father was German and who actually grew up in Nazi Germany and his father (my exs great grandfather) was fighting in Siberia, eating bark off trees. I believe they were a soul family from that time.
The guy I'm currently seeing is Austrian and there is a strong past life connection there, I don't know what it is but its so strong that we both feel it.
Another ex is Russian.
Come from a political family who was involved in communism and all that in WW2

Wow Diabo, good for you . I wish I could say the same about my german life but I apparently love giving my power away and being abused. I never felt guilt looking at holocaust museums but I felt so sad. I've been obsessed with how the germans could be so swayed and have studied a lot of works centered around how that could happen to people. I probably contributed to the History channel joke saying The History Channel, All Hitler, All the time. My mom and I have a lot of contacts in synastry and were around the same age so I wouldn't be surprised if we knew eachother and were friends.

Oh yeah, my sister and I are very close in ways now. I care about her a lot although I can't be too emotionally close to her. When I was an atheist in high school I felt the need to tell her that she could stab me in the back and leave me to die and I would still love her. That's how I feel about her. Really it's how I feel about most people deep down but there are other things inbetween lol.

Mochai, I'm the same. Having Pluto in the 7th, its relationships where I'm most likely to be used and abused or it can go the other way round but I have lived this life being overly sexualised from a very young age and being a sexual toy thing.

Regardless, I'm the same..I've always had a voracious interest in reading up on the psychology of the whole Nazi movement and studying it from different perspectives. Looking at pictures of the holocaust I feel like I'm remembering something, its that familiar connection.

And I'm not German nor Austrian. I'm Greek Orthodox so it just doesn't make sense.

I have to say though, my whole life I've had an intense aversion and dislike of red lipstick and having short-ish bobbed hair. Like, a real INTENSE PASSIONATE hate for it. My skin feels like its creeping if I"m wearing red or the one time in my high school days where the hairdresser cut it short.

Definitely a connection to those days, I think.

Oh, me and my mother? I'm convinced in a past life we were twins or sisters and that I was the older one. Or that I was HER mother cos I'm always mothering her, emotionally.

Wow- these WW2 past-life stories are unbelievable! My astrological chart indicates a past-life during WW2 but I can't remember a thing about it.
No one from my present soul life family has any connection to Germany. We're French & English. My mom was born during the D-Day bombings in France, my grandfather worked for the French Resistance, & my Uncle worked in Churchill's War Cabinet. I would like to uncover something about my past life in WW2 but so far my Reiki past-life meditations are leading me much further back in time away from the 1940s (more like the 16th century).

Persephone, that's interesting..where abouts in your chart does it indicate a WW2 past life? I'm interested in how natal charts are connected to this

If I was you, I'd focus on the one that your getting meditations are leading you to. There's always a divine reason but it looks like your well on your way to uncovering a past life that may have a connection to the current life you are incarnated in.

I believe you may be right, Diablo. Currently, my 16th century past-life is at the forefront because I have a strong intuitive feeling that my present incarnate family was with me at the time. My mother confirmed her connection to me when she discovered through her meditation that she was my mother during that time period (we shared the same last name and she choose my first name!)

With respect to WW2 links in the astrological chart-I'll have to defer to IQ for a more thorough explanation. For now, I believe that the Sabian Symbol of Scorpio 27 may very well be connected to WW2- "A military band marches noisily through the city streets." I have this degree in my draconic chart- my draconic Saturn is on this degree. Also, one lexigram of my name says: Hitler's enemies. I may have been Jewish during WW2 or a soldier in the Allied forces.
