http://www.richplanet.net/starship_main.php?ref=37&part=2 Lloyd Pye is a self taught researcher who has derived theories on "interventionism". Theories about where human kind came from are controversial and historically usually come from two camps. The first is that God created man and the second is that man evolved from apes. According to Lloyd Pye neither of these theories are correct. Research in the 1980s on human mitochondria DNA allowed scientists to calculate a date for the point in time from which the entire human race descends. This is about 200,000 years. Unfortunately this date made the anthropologists unhappy as it seemed to contradict their theories. Lloyd Pye points out there is no linear evolutionary path beyond 200,000 years. The evidence suggests that man was "created" here on Earth quite suddenly with no ancestral history. IP: Logged |

Sometimes......they have swapped Edge Channel now for another haven't they? But still show the programs once in a while. The people I live with have Sky here, but I don't watch much tv. Richplanet Starship tv is very good, but the shows can be seen online too on the website. A friend of mine was on the show. IP: Logged |

A friend of yours? How cool! I think it's just called controversial tv. It was put off air over the Summer but is back on again, which was slightly suspicious. However they don't have many new programs happening. I do however find the interview by Hank wesselman very interesting... on shamanism.IP: Logged |
