Critical elements of the Matrix Movie most probably lifted from Philips actual experiences... Its a must see, only 4mins 36 secs of your time is needed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXeVgEs4sOo I saw this last year, always been a fan of Phil's work Particularly "Valis" Vast Active Living Intelligence System! Oh yeah! I can relate well to much of his works/concepts. My own personal experiences mirror muchly his in the oddest most intriguing ways. We'll always have VALIS - Philip K Dick Philip K. That's mind-bogling. It could go with what IQ mentioned about us living on an alternate earth since the early twentieth century. IP: Logged |

For anyone who doesnt know who Phil was, and the significance of his dis-closer/insanity! Well he was arguable the most prolific sci-fi writer of the 20th century. Many of his best works have even been made into movies such as. Minority Report Blade Runner Total Recall A Scanner Darkly Pay Check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philip_K._Dick

Philip K Dick's Mind is more insightful than that of Gene Rodenberry or Michael Crichton combined. I think he is right up there with Timothy Leary or Mckenna in getting humanity to think [without needing magic mushrooms ]This Genius has Star Seed aspects: Sun conjunct Mercury conjunct Galactic Center KARMA square GC exact Insight Aspects: Moon conjunct PALLAS [conjunct FORTUNA for his good luck] in Aquarius. With Pluto in Cancer, he warns humanity about the danger of Godless Corporations. Was he a Gnostic who was warning us of mechanical, "lightless" Archons running the planet? The prolific writing can be attributed to a fresh 0.0 North Node in Gemini, which is also the exact location of Fixed Star ALCYONE. ------------------ http://tamsoft.co.in/articles.html Readings IP: Logged |

OMG! ------------------ “It’s an interesting thing. Seeing Kuan Yin relating to a flower so intently. She's not just looking at it; she's interacting with it…I’m seeing how the act of relating to a flower appears to be so simple. Yet, it takes a tremendous amount of courage to make such a “simple” act important. Now, the lotus is floating away.” IP: Logged |

I just watched total recall and blade runnernever thought to in the past- looked like boring movies to me, but aha, I had a different reason for watching them. Total recall was ok- I was more interested in the main character. Loved bladerunner ------------------ “It’s an interesting thing. Seeing Kuan Yin relating to a flower so intently. SunChild: Cool Out of all of his movie adaptions, a Scanner Darkly is my least favorite! From an artistic point of view it has its dark charm but the story sadly pales in its artisan wake... My favorite thus far is Minority Report. A world not too unreal, close to home, and a possibly future! A finely crafted realm indeed IP: Logged |

I have to watch that now, Minority Report. Looked it up- looks interesting. Question to empaths- did your empathic disposition make you inclined to withdraw from people in order to avoid the negativity out there and also prevent being hurt? Going to listen to the youtube links later. Does Phil say/ feel that there could be many alternate realities? IP: Logged |

Yes, It has always been the primary focus for many of his stories, either alternate realities or illusory realities ------------------ “It is sometimes an appropriate response to reality to go insane.” Philip K. Dick

Yes definitely, just like the girl in the movie; it can be quite disturbing. Not easy to live with. ------------------ ~The present time is theirs, but the future is mine.~Nikola Tesla ~There is no box.~H♥ ~I remember, therefore I am immortal~LEXX }><}}}(*>~
