Today Transit Jupiter is conjunct my KAALI and SPHINX.

I was thinking of the Ankh Symbol, like a human standing with arms outstretched, the Aura glowing around the head. I visualized Golden Ankhs going from the Sacral to the Pineal. The head was abuzz with ideas.
On integration.

The core message of Krishnamurti's work: Objective Observation where the Observer observes so well until there is no difference between the observer and that which is observed.

The Core Message of Robert Masters: Sense the body, as much as possible from the foot whilst walking to the breeze or foam or sunshine.

Mckenna and Timothy Leary: Expand your Consciousness to new Dimensions using new Circuits of the Brain.

Zen Buddhism: Live in the present moment, think Divine in even the most mundane of acts.

John Baines: Spirit works in the body when one thinks and acts in the present moment without fantasizing the past or future events.

Janet Swerdlow, Lester Levinson, EFT:
Keep releasing negative emotional events away from your Self, ideally to the Highest Self for substituting with Positive Experiences.

New Age: Positive Affirmations work wonders.

NLP: Visualize yourself as getting better and clearing new peaks.

Yoga: Balance all 7 Chakras to prepare for Spiritual Enlightenment/Ascension.

Putting it all together, the ultimate exercise, just try 5 to 15 minutes each day for guaranteed spiritual evolution.

Walk or Dance barefoot on a surface with 2-3 different textures to enable the subtle differences in sensation of the foot. Wave arms and sense the movement deeply whilst feeling the emotions of gratitude and joy at existence. Feel the emotions in the heart region. Whilst moving, sensing and feeling, also observe as much of what is around without trying to memorize. Next, breathe as consciously as possible and with every out-breath, visualize releasing negative emotion and stress out through the Crown Region. With every inbreath, imagine you become a brighter and better Being of Golden Light. Parallely, visualize the 7 Chakra Colours in the 7 Regions, spinning in harmony around your Golden Light Body. After getting a good sense of doing all these simultaneously, Affirm verbally affirmations of forgiving others, and then accepting/empowering yourself with all that you truly need.

Modify the visualizations as you please but the trick is integrating all of these in one session to feel supercharged. Try any mental challenge afterwards, your insight level will be magnificent. Astro Charts will reveal unseen secrets, crossword puzzles will have answers jump inside your head. And so on.

Is it true then that the difference between meditation and hypnosis is focus?
In meditation you focus and organise your thoughts purposefully
But in hypnosis you defocus and deorganise your thoguths purposefully?

One of the differences is definitely about focus but then, it is always better to undergo Self-Hypnosis. You "focus" on de-focusing in your own pace, one thought at a time. This is why NLP and "Sedona Release" and EFT are such successful techniques.

The workout I have given is actually given us a taste of Multi-Dimensionality without losing our sense of Self [The affirmations and physical sensing ensure that we are in complete control]. When we observe without memorization, we are grounded in the present moment. When we are in the present moment, our Soul from 5th Dimension is fully active in our Brain. When we feel positive emotions with the Soul Active, our Astral Body is fully operational in the Body than in the Astral Plane. When we do controlled breathing, our Physical Body and Etheric Body are aligned. When we Visualize our bodies, our Mental Body/Mind works at 100%.
And what happens when all these 5 Component Bodies of our Self work harmoniously, plus we forgive/release karmic debts, plus we affirm our desires?

We become integrated, harmonious, connected to God Source Manifestors of all that is Good.

Imagine doing a Heal the World Visualization in this State. Or a rescue visualization.

The possibilities are limitless for the good folk.

Im just beggining to understand this whole concept....and it did sound to me like the phenomenon of 'Mind over Matter'

"Mind over matter refers to controlling pain that you may or may not be experiencing"
its about conquering the pain to the point of becoming immune to it.Sending and receiving messages without the usual human senses and the manipulation of random events by sheer will through the power of conscious intention or unconscious intention.
this subject calls for a deep analysis in order to understand also the meaning of the human body in its rightful extent.
This got me into thinking...unless and untill we enter into the state of vaccum
Where one is engulfed by a complete
state of emptiness it becomes understandable...but i just cant seem to bring myself to imagine that.What does it take to reach to that point?

The moot point is that being Alert connects to the Medulla, and a strong Medulla is part of sustaining a safe Kundalini Rise.

Hence the integration exercise given above should have even more focus on present moment alertness.
