yep....lol I know. I have an old friend who posts this dribble all the time...

It's just pure ignorance that's all, and arrogance.

Oh yes and these:

"life need not be hard, painful, lengthy or arduous, that's an old paradigm, 3D fear based reality"....

And "we need to remove all empathy and just be connected to source, things happen for a reason, so don't give into 3D emotions, ascension process will need you to make this leap"

This person spreading all this mumbo jumbo claims it as truth and channels it. I have tried to converse with her but she simply does not want to be my friend any more because I am not as enlightened as her. Who she was 2 years ago was much more REAL & beautiful. Sucked in by this new 'wave.'

She has lost all touch with reality, neglected all life duties to just 'communicate' with the other beings from other galaxies.
