The end of the subject line should have been (now) instead of Noel lol. I accidentally hit enter to soon, but I'm on a mobile app and so I'm not great at typing on these little keys lol.Anyway, I wanted to say that I think i may have grasped the idea of how one is able to be a breathatarian. A little girl I was babysitting made me a pretend meal. I was eating pretend strawberries. I visualized the weight, smell and taste as I pretended to bite into it. What I was surprised to discover was that I actually felt like I was being nourished. I think I sort of grasped the idea of how the breathatarian is able to sustaink themselves. Maybe not quite, but I may have stumbled to something here and Linda is right, children are great teachers! IP: Logged |

Very true...perhaps braintraining and strengthening the brain muscle would actually make nutrients within the body..However mind fuel might therefore be needed for that, so what would mind fuel be?IP: Logged |

I read a lot of spiritual books and this has definitely increased my awareness, mentally and in other ways.IP: Logged |
