Many spiritual people believe that we are all "One Consciousness". I ask, "One Consciousness"? Or a "Force": not conscious in and of itself as a singular sentience....but just existing? Some type of scientifically undefined substance existing in our universe. Like water....everywhere and within all life forms (on Earth)....a substance not a singular being?

Perhaps a combination of the two? A force that permeates everything...but with intelligence.

Yes. I think its both. Because existence (Parampurusha) manifests with force and consiousness. eg take a seed. The seed grows into a tree. So the whole blue print is there. The Force (Shakti) as well as the Cosciousness (Prakriti, if i may call it so. Because manifestation of existence is actually called prakriti) work there.
