Now, what if you were your own ancestor at one point of time? By laws of probability, if each of us has 20-30 past lifelines, and 3-4 in the same race, the likelihood of being our own ancestor is very high for a sizable chunk of the population.

Now, if you were to do intense forgiveness and release prayer for all genetic contributors, you would re-access one of your own past existences and COMPOUND the forgiveness. Multiply the release work. And pave the way to attract more good into life after the junk has been released to your Superconscious Level.

We have to start by performing deep breathing to enter a state of relaxation. Best to switch off all electronic gadgets and be away from electricity as well. Sitting in your garden is ideal.

After a minute or two of breathing, you must visualize your own Highest State of Being, connected by a Silver or Golden Cord to your Crown Chakra. This is your Superconsciousness or Oversoul or Higher Self as written by Linda in Star Signs.

Visualize golden light entering your spine and then your Aura [including body] through your feet, clearing all debris of negative thoughts, negative feelings and negativity ever felt by you out through your Crown CHakra. Imagine all negative bits of mud flowing out. Do this till you can imagine only the golden light going back up. This is cleansing. Deep breathing all the while.

You can use bright pale pink or even violet for this. Gold is the highest frequency for this purpose just like violet is used for shielding. Advanced practitioner use bright white.

Next,
Verbally affirm forgiveness for all those who contributed to your genetics. Visualize a ladder with 4 rungs in your Pineal Gland, in Amber Colour. Send Pale Pink to that from your heart and from your Crown. Watch all dark bits escape that PI symbol again out through your Crown into your Higher Self.
You can even visualize a Double Helix DNA molecule if you can hold the image in your head.

Next, fill yourself with Pale Pink so that the voids of eliminated negativity are filled with the energy of unconditional love.

Repeat the affirmations 5-7 times in any language.

This is not a religious ceremony, improvise as you please.

There is a Convoluted Logic for this.

Lets say Mr X has a karmic score of -100 from 10 criminal lifelines.

Mr X suffers in the present. He meets a New Ager who interests him in Self forgiveness, seeking forgiveness from others and release mechanisms of the past and present. Mr X is enthused and proceeds with gusto. Mentally, he has released the negativity to reach a karmic score of just -20 in a few months.

However, Mr FX, his Future Self who so far was living life with a past of -100 and adjusting accordingly, suddenly gets a relief and release. He gets experiences which he cannot handle [Wins Lottery, Goes to Vegas, Boozes, dumps his patient wife for a failed starlet etc] and ends up going from -20 to -150. Lets say -100 is the max per lifeline to take, the remaining -50 percolates back in "simultaneous time" to Mr X who suddenly suffers a setback like an accident as if he had -70 than -20.
This can lead to his rubbishing the forgiveness theory and grumbling and cursing away bitterly back to -100 in his present lifeline, and ensuring not much of progress to Mr FX either. The only gainers would be the previous ten lifelines who would commit a little less crime due to forgiveness already done.
