Let me correct, most modern masters don't marry  Times change. In Mohammeds time he allowed polygamy because many were getting killed in wars. he wanted to see more babies. Today not a good idea. earth is overpopulated. Buddha is a true master. He wasn't half breed like Jesus (Gabriel/Mary) and hence buddha in my mind is greater than Jesus. He remains the one who turned the law of dhamma wheels after a long time when it got corrupted. Even ETs came to him and inquired what did he find out.
