What might be some of the symptoms if your Kundalini energy was stuck? And is it possible for it to be released in stages, over time or is it a one-time thing?

Experiences anyone?

I had an experience like this back about 10 years ago, and it manifested in a "bad feeling" in a couple of places in my body that became intense when I tried astrally projecting (I'd build up the vibrations but I was "blocked" in those areas that caused severe discomfort) and a witch gave me a meditation to unblock it. Unfortunately I I can't recall how the meditation exercise was done...just that it was an attempt to "flush" myself by getting the energy flowing.

I went awhile without much affect, but then one night while doing it the energy shot out of my head in an unmistakable physical sensation that instantly filled me with vivid memories of past lives (and I didn't believe in reincarnation then but it was so real that I instantly changed my mind) and apparently the block was in my life & death as a Caribbean pirate, and that life was so vivid that my inner male voice became male and even started speaking a type of French, though luckily that faded after a few hours (and then a good night's sleep).

Yeah, I am definitely wondering if maybe the blocks in me are kundalini related or if it's just another level of awakening. Or maybe those two are related right now.

My experiences at the moment feel too complicated to write down except to say that I feel bereft of all creative energy and for the second time in my life this week I was actually bored (that *never* happens to me).

So, yep, big block through my whole self.

I need a medallion!
