I was wondering about anyone's experiences with this.Last Saturday night, when I was in a bad way, my dad bought me this book I was looking at, by Eldon Taylor, that has an accompanying CD to teach you hypnosis and includes subliminal messages. I found the book interesting, and it reminded me of another one that I can't recall the name of, that taught people how to make their own. (So I'm wondering if anyone else knows what it was called.)
Also, this guy said that tapes that had been tested at a lab, after they hadn't worked, had been found to not have any messages on them. He has a lot of good testimonials on his site (innertalk.com), but I also read one bad review from Janet Boyer, who also mentioned that his wife had contacted her asking her to remove her review, because it was negative. She doesn't know if he knows about that, but customer service wouldn't give her back her $50.
I was hoping that it might work - there are several CD's on there that could help me or family members, friends... I have noticed that I've had a better time with my stomach since I've been listening to this CD< but that's been combined with me being *very* careful, and at times, I've felt like my food and liquid wanted to come up, but it hasn't forced its way up (it's trying right now - that's why I'm still up, but I've had an anxious feeling, too, a jumpy feeling in my chest).
