For over a year or so now I have been seeing clusters of white lights at night when I go to bed. They stay there when eyes are open or closed and look almost like stars in a night sky except a bit larger. They are hard to describe properly, and recently they have changed to blue ones - an electric royal blue color that is really pretty. They move slowly and/or fade in and out.I've done searches a few times to try to figure out what they are, and have deduced that it is not a vision problem (99% sure of that). They arent there every night, but they are there often. And I notice if I think about them, it's not long after that they appear. Like a few minutes later. It's like I just have to tune in and there they are. A few people say they are spirits and or guides angels etc. That is what my gut is telling me. I thought it could be part of my aura too. I'm not sure. Does anyone else have this happen to them? Maybe I will try to draw a picture of what they look like. I'd love to know what they are all about and it didnt occur to me until today to "ask them". I will have to do that tonight. Something else that I almost dont even notice anymore because it's been going on for well over ten years, is seeing colored energy rippling at night in the dark. With this too, It does not change when eyes are opened or closed. This looks more like a ripple in a pond would looke and seems to be moving in and out at the same time. It is not scary, I'd just like to know more about what's going on. Any thoughts or experiences yourself? Please share.  IP: Logged |

A couple of months ago I went to a group psychic reading type thing and the psychic woman said she saw angels literally swarming around me "encircling me" and sending me love and whenever she sees that so intensely like she did in my case she knows someone is going through an awful time (which was/is true). I'm wondering if maybe I'm seeing them in my own way. I do often ask for spiritual help and healing. Maybe the lights are "them". I'd love to solve the mystery. IP: Logged |

This was an interesting article, although mine do not look like those in the pictures there and I would not exactly describe them as "sparkles". Because they arent twinkling or quickly catching light......It's more of a slow in and out, or on and off, fading in and out and coming back in different areas, slowly sort of dancing around and appearing and reappearing.I was reading of some other experiences people have while meditating and seeing these stars or orbs and over time them changing colors. My google searches are not turning much significant up. I will have to "ask" and meditate on them some more and see what kind of answers come through. The Truth about Seeing Spirited Sparkles

Okay I think I know what you are seeing, or what that link above is saying (your and mine may be different) I see them, but just 1! Literally one sparkle and I always know why I see it because the sparkle appears synchronized with something poignant going on. Sometimes it is white and often is blue. Very bright. Thank you for sharing what you know about it thus far. I have always felt comforted by this sparkle and never told anyone about it because unless one has experienced it people say it is a defect in the vision. IP: Logged |

... The sparkle I see blinks in and out of existence. Slow enough for me to take notice. Definitely like a pin prick of intense light with blue light. Like someone poked a hole in my reality and shone a light through it then the hole closes.

How cool that you see it too! & yes, they are sort of comforting in a very curious way. & yes, that's why I also don't share many other experiences here (or with anyone else) as I know people are quick to conclude that it was nothing or try to explain it away as a figment of imagination or whatever. I am open to other non-spiritual explanations, and have explored/considered them just as much. It seems as though most of them can't be explained away so easily. It would be nice to explain it away that way, in a way. But I'm also okay with not knowing too, and just wondering or observing. When the time is right, the answer will reveal itself, I suppose. and I should probably add that I went to an eye doctor a year or so ago because I know I need glasses and havent had a pair since I was a kid, they did a full exam and nothing extremely abnormal is going on with my eyes as far as they could tell. They look normal besides not having perfect vision.IP: Logged |
