Topic: Spiritual meaning of wrists/ ankles?

A friend of mine had a very intense dream recently, which did not feel like a dream to her.
She mentioned to me that during it she felt a furnace like warmth predominatntly at 7 spots. She was adamant and surprised why it were exactly 7 spots.
BTW they has NO clue about the chakra system.
Also, she mentioned that most of the warmth gathered and then spread from her uterus. But that what had her most puzzled was that in this dream this energyflow was very strongly connected or channelled through her wrists and ankles. And she asked me if wrists and ankles have a special spiritual meaning. (her take on it was that maybe since the skin is so thin there, it is an entry point for energy). Unfortunately I have no clue what meaning wrists and ankles have. But I myself have had some energetical experiences which I strongly felt in my ankles as well. It was weird. I would have guessed it must have something to do with her sacral chakra, because of the pool of warmth in this region.
But what about the wrists and ankles? Does anybody know? IP: Logged |

When I think of wrists and ankles the thing that comes to mind is pain for obvious reasons.
Anyways,
I could imagine those place of the body to be something more though... maybe she's onto something.

Thank you.Well, I understand the association with pain, but in this particular case it was the opposite, healing warmth, and especially gathered in her sacral chakra.
I googld a bit and it seems that weirdly wrists and ankles are indeed (secondarily) associated with the sacral chakra. IP: Logged |
