It happens to me randomly, ALL THE TIME for like a month, and then it will go away for awhile and comeback for about a month, this has been going on for years, and I don't know why! Can anyone help me? I don't know if this relates, but when I was younger, I would have random moments where i felt dizzy, and everything sounded dull and echoey, again, not sure if it has anything to do with it, just thought I'd mention it just in case. Now that I think of it though, I think that stopped around the time the Deja Vu started...

I have it too. It’s a very uncanny feeling. Together with déjà vu I have dreams and often “hear” things, like "people talking", "music" and weird noises. For a little while I was quite certain that I was a little mad.

Have you been feeling stressed ? Or is your mind naturally high-strung ? I’ve read somewhere that stress and anxiety can increase déjà vu experiences. If it’s causing you troubles you may want to try meditation. I meditate, nothing fancy or advanced, I just close my eyes and try to focus on just one person/thing/colour, and eventually “clear” those thoughts.

Hehe maybe you’re just very in tune with the universe. It is a good thing, I think =)

Have you been sleeping well lately? One theory is that we visit the near future (by a few days) astrally as we sleep deeply, so when we get to that future, we remember it.

Cool!!! I've never heard that theory before. Very interesting!

Randall is right. Deja Vus are connected to our own Astral Visits to events of the near future.

It makes perfect sense. People attribute it to past lives, but how could I have met this person at that place in a life where that place did not exist (like a new store, for example)?

I have little deja vu's fairly frequently---like walking into a room and seeing something for the first time, usually from a very specific angle, it'll be familiar---like I've seen it in a photograph many times before.

I'm not a heavy dreamer. And my dreams wouldn't translate well into physical reality anyways.

I've always though some combination of non-localized (holographic) memory and non-linear (holographic) space-time explained it pretty well.

the same thing happens to me... usually have random moments of dizziness with flashes of light

at first, I thought it was because I had a retinal tear or something, since I have awful eyesight, but I went to several optometrists and they said my eyes were still intact..

I've been keeping a dream journal, and before my dreams fade away when I wake up I write them all down. when I have a de ja vu moment can usually pinpoint a specific moment in my dream, like shuffling through papers at a certain angle
