Energy is energy, you hang onto something of the physical realm and a thought of someone passed is enough for them to hang on.Let go of the energy, but it has to be personalized for you. It is kind of like magick, which is merely a concentrated, focused energy. You can visualize, you can write a burning letter, you can talk to them, you can burn a candle and concentrate on sending them away... Many, many options, but always do it with love.........
