I recently stared... I have found the really long ones very difficult...
But there are many options for shorter ones..
You can google or go to u tube mediations...I lay down with my eyes closed.. Most people sit straight up, but my back starts to hurt, laying down is alot more comfortable to me.
Find a few that you like, sit/lay down in a quiet place and close your eyes..
Some mediation suggest picturing a white light or beam going out from the top of your head to the sky... Concentrate on your breathing.
It's normal for other thoughts to cross your mind..
Just let the thoughts flow in out naturally..
I personally prefer visualized mediation.
These have a theme, and they walk you throw visualize steps of what to see and ask
Use what works best for you..
