Yeah, I kind of thought it was lightly sparring as well, initially. And then it kept getting worse, and of course all composure was lost on my part.  Craaaaazzyy...whew. Anyway...yeah, I love the mornings when I wake up at like 4 am, before my husband and son are awake, and I can think, have coffee, meditate, whatever, and then...take a quick, two-hour nap, and have energy for the day after some time to recharge my batteries uninterrupted. I find that quiet, alone time is really mandatory if I am to try to shield myself, clear out negativity, etc. It's at a premium lately, so wish me luck.  IP: Logged |

Well, this evening I'm treating myself to coffee, wrapping presents, and appropriate music. (Typically off-topic, lol. But maybe it will help my energy. )
