You are really lucky that you know for sure you are a starseed. I feel so boring and worthless and "out of touch" with anything spiritual or "beyond this earth".

To just be a human and go about daily life is so...boring. To not believe in what is unseen...it really turns your reality into shades of dull grey. I hope I can discover something interesting about myself.

I... I... don't know... but I do have the... impression (???) that something strange is happening (?)

~ Also,

Quite some good & interesting topics She wrote.

People come and go, it happens. I've already explained why Faith left a couple of times and don't feel like doing it again, so suffice to say she had other demands on her time and she didn't have the energy for LL anymore. She's not necessarily gone for good, some people leave for years and then suddenly dive back in. OTOH, I'm baffled by her habit to make long posts only to delete it (and once she got upset because someone didn't see it before she deleted ) and I also don't see why someone would see a point in that since I think journaling would be better.

Though on a side note I'm planning on bumping a thread very similar to this linked to another thread in another LL forum that was also just bumped. Weird coincidence, that, almost as if something doesn't want me to forget.

I'll be bumping it soon enough. It deals with words exchanged and what I'm going to quote is what I was trying to get through to him that he wouldn't listen on but now he's done it himself.

Unless, of course, his prophecy (or what his spirit guides told him anyway) turns out to be true (hopefully not in a "monkey paw" way).

@GemBird

Thanks for remembering me.

As Pixie said, I just need a break. Tonight I was just wandering about the forum seeing what's going on and caught this.

I'm baffled that you talk about me behind my back.

One reason I was deleting so much on that thread before I left is, I was having an off-topic conversation. That would not have happened if LL offered PM, or if Hearth and Home weren't moderated in such a way that I can't bear to go there.

Actually this is false. I'm surprised that you said this ~ 'thought you were above this sort of thing.

My exact words were:

quote:
My big Leo ASC ego is so sad that you haven't been reading my posts!

^^ How you read that as "upset" is really beyond me.

Still, you asked me about it, so I clarified that I had been joking. But it was also somewhat of an "inside joke," so maybe that's why you remained confused (assuming you didn't get such a thrill out of thinking of me as ridiculous, that you just couldn't be reasoned with, you cherished your own interpretations so.)

Basically I was alluding to threads he and I had recently been conversing on, that were already hundreds of posts long before he joined in, and had I expected him to read all those posts I had made before his arrival, I would have to be quite egotistical! It had nothing to do with my deleted posts, but my posts that were too excessive to be pored through.

I had forgotten that. I probably won't again.

But one, I wasn't talking about you behind your back because I assumed you'd return and eventually see this (and didn't care if it offended you or not, "offended" is the default position of LL). And two, I've often found trying to find what you said an exercise in futility as you delete so much that I have a firm policy against even trying anymore.

And for what it's worth I did go looking for where you explained you were taking a break (when it was asked by someone else earlier) but either it was in another thread than I remembered or you deleted it (as usual). I spent a long time looking for it (and seeing deleted post after deleted post and that was when I firmly resolved to never look for anything you said ever again) that I became very annoyed. Though that's also due to my own personal flaw: when people request information I have or can get I feel compelled to provide answers (if my upbringing had been different I'd probably be a reference librarian today), it's like an itch I have to scratch. So when I see questions like where you went and if you were coming back I answered, but it would've been a lot easier had you left your explanation up so I could've linked to it.

So is "offensive."

Anyway I thought we were on better terms than this, that's all. Ambiguity about where I stand with people is my own pet peeve, so at least now I know you don't care if you offend me or not, and I will not feel shocked if it happens again.

I didn't anticipate that anyone would be looking for answers from me as to where I went, especially since I knew I was just going to be playing it by ear, returning when I felt like it.

I didn't feel an explanation was necessary ~ and I had NO idea the lack of clear explanation would annoy you, of all people.

Funny how we can't see around corners.

Oh well.

Now maybe if I were star seed....

~ Oh...

~ Awww...

~ Hmmm...

Hi Faith, nice to read you again !
Well,

( To put it very simple... I am more naive that I might appear )
And... the reason of my question... was because I remembered quite a very funny thread.
I have no idea why and how I remembered it... but it was very funny. (in a Good way !!! ) - Well, for me it was.

And I was wondering if you ms Faith were actually facing a legal problem in some court with that person

I thought: Well, I wonder if it's actually happening...

BUT

When these thoughts came to my mind...
I was like... If there's gonna be a legal problem because of Astrologic matters...
Well... it would be actually very awesome!
~ It would definitely be an ~ Only in America thing. you know... and it's not my intention to annoy, because well... It's kind of clear that it's not needed...

But just as I said at first.
I'm just way more naive than I appear
------------

but well
Again,

~ Glad to see you are here again Faith !

Thanks again, GemBird.

I wonder what you mean about being more naive than you appear. You don't appear naive.

"No" to the lawsuit question ~ just an idle threat from a sick person.

All the best to you ~

Awesome and comforting, as it explains a lot. But also incredibly stressful, because I feel the need to live up to the person who I once was.

That's for all of it, but it's especially true of the original series. But then I loved it when a giant hand grabbed the Enterprise in space to make the crew worship Adonis, the god who abducted them (not that I took it seriously, I just found it hilarious and imagined the writers trying to sell that story to a producer). That's not scifi to me, but more sci-myth or fantasy.

Babylon 5 even had it so that the Minbari who were on the verge of winning the war against humans mysteriously surrendered rather than complete their victory and it's revealed later that they did so because they realized some humans housed Minbari souls.....

It's probably because they are one and the same.
