How lovely to come upon this on eclipse day. I was indeed thinking of the kundalini in relation to the eclipse. It is said there a shift has happened and there is much change afoot. So say many amazing members of LL.

For me, any shift/change that I now hope for, nay long for, is to experience the kundalini. Yes, it will be the change that will transform everything.

This one is great for explaining the history of Kundalini Yoga, Kundalini Awakening, etc. I like how he explains things and addresses "danger". He reminded me of another aspect, that Kundalini is also taught to create teachers (not to gain followers). It is moving through us so that we can all be the teachers and leaders of the Aquarian Age.

Now he does say that Kundalini really has nothing to do with the serpent - I would say yes and no. Mythologically, yes. However like I said in my initial post, we tend to take things and RUN with it.

He also discusses how important it is to strengthen our nervous system. A strong nervous system is essential for handling this energy. Our nervous system is literally the carrier of our energy. It is the pathway of our electrical impulses. You wake up this energy and your nervous system needs to catch up! I will say, the Kriyas for the nervous system are excellent. EXCELLENT.
