Does anyone here practice spirit keeping? If so, what has your experience been so far? Any advice for a new keeper?

What do you mean by spirit keeping?

Seems interesting.Would it be risky if there is a bad spirit.

Though I like to invite angels.

I've never done this (at least, not in this incarnation), however, I think I may know what you are talking about.. And, I think I MAY know a little bit about it..

Is it a specific "type" of spirit?

this sounds interesting.. my friend is against it saying its against their will but i came across a few that says different. would love to hear some stories
