So far, I know two people who have encountered the Mantid beings.

The first person says they speak in click type language and are very tall but this person has not seen them yet.

When I was doing meditation while sitting on an outside park bench, I heard something zip past my right ear to my front right, slightly above eye level. It was a small type of glass domed ship that had something like a grey in it. What was interesting was that its mouth was ajar and its eyes were so wide while looking back at me. It was the look of shock and fear over what I was doing. I understand why they keep themselves tight lipped. It is to hide their fangs.

BECAUSE I am a skeptic though, do I hold-space for the Possible to reveal itself to 'me'.... I won't discount what you say, but I like my OWN direct-experience to guide me in what to Believe, and not-believe.

So.... One day around 2007 or 08, I was leaving a local public library (where I was living then). It was a long and kinda creepy walk down a sidewalk past a swamp-marsh area out to the street to catch a bus. The day was colder, and very bright out.

I don't like cold weather*. I was focused on getting from where I was to the stop I needed to reach in-time.

Suddenly something cut across my path. It was a rather-large snake. I had surprised it, and it had surprised ME. It was on it's way back to the marsh from the field to the right of the sidewalk. (This building was isolated where it was... no other buildings or homes in a circumference of maybe a quarter to half a mile and more.)

And just as suddenly, there was a thought-transmission going on. This clear-space, a layer of some sort. The voice I heard in my head was sooooooo Kind, and gentle, and truly this 'thing'/voice was NOT out to harm or interfere, but to just 'inhabit' and Be. It was like it apologized for surprising me (and it was surprised too...), and immediately disappeared into the grassed waters. NO other sign of him (it was 'male')... you couldn't see anything into the water.

This was soooo surreal ~~ A part of me said, oh no this did NOT happen. But it DID, no matter how much my head wanted to say that 'such things' cannot possibly have happened. I had my own direct-encounter with the impossibility.

Also to note later, was that there HAD been reports that "that area" in that specific locale was 'known' for *ahem* 'activity'.

So take-it-or-leave-it... These beings have introduced themselves INTO our environments. The one that communicated to me was Beautiful--- and I hope I NEVER bump into the wrong snake at the wrong time!!

They're Out There .... Maybe to remind and help us Be Kind to one another.
