Or pull/draw someone's consciousness out from their bodies to send them information?

For instance I have this friend who lives in a different country, is it possible for me to project to his location and send him information that will actually influence him on a physical level while he's not even aware of it?

I believe that all you need to do is send strong thoughts to him, if you have a photo of him to focus on it will help.

I can summon people in lucid dreams.
Write the persons full name with red ink in a piece of paper. Put it under your pillow.
Focus strongly and constantly on the person while falling asleep.
I usually achieve success after 3 nights of repeating the process.
