Topic: I really need some help...spiritual guidance?

Ok, a lot of this may sound strange, so bear with me.I need some help figuring out all this.... Ever since I was a kid, I have loved to run, particularly at night, when I run I escape into fantasy worlds, meaning I hyper focus on thugs I want for my life that more often then not, don't come true. I just love to run, listen to music, and think. Night is best, feeling the cold on my face, looking at the stars/moon which I too have always enjoyed.
Ok, I recently got diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and had a running episode tonight.
By the way I really don't want to do this running thing anymore, it's a hinders nice on my life, but I just get so jittery and feel so confined, that I run out.
Anyway, I sat on the grass in front of a school near my house, and begged for help.
I got an image of a Pleidian man. The thing is I've seen this man in dreams before, but learned his name is Icarus tonight, my intuition told me. I've been spiritually awakening. I've been trying to do yoga and focus on my chakras. I've also been trying to astral project and lucid dream. And I think I have met my twin flame... Just...what is going on!!!??? It's good you focus on spirituality but don't Forget about mundane issues and tasks.Even things that might feel "futile" like going to a hairdress or having a lunch with friends, shopping etc. Might help to ground you. Also, since you've been diagnosed try to follow your doctor's instructions to the line. Stability will help your spiritual journey ;-) IP: Logged |

Icarus could be a warning from the Gods. If I am correct, Icarus was the myth of the man who was too prideful in himself and flew too close to the sun and died because of that. Don't keep overexerting yourself, you need to take time to heal and ALWAYS take care of your mental health first.------------------
