What does it mean to have dejavu experiences/moments?

This has happened since I was little and sometimes through dreams or something that looks like I have experienced it before. And it always happens when a bad thing / when I have struggled with life at the time.

How to channel it properly?

I often forget the visual dreams when I wake up but I remember that I was just dreaming, I just can not recall it, and when it happened I immediately remembered that I had been through it or I had dreamed about it.

Are there aspects or signs that indicate it?

I've had precognitive dreams before. I believe it is from my Neptune sq. Moon, Neptune quin. Mercury aspects.

How to channel it? I'm not quite sure it's possible otherwise you'd be a prophet but I find they happen almost like a sign. It gives you the experience of coming face to face with the concept of free-will versus fate/destiny. You either view it as fate and use it as a sign that what happened was meant to happen and try to figure out why you would want to experience that in this life. Or you view the deja vu as one of the free will possibilities that happened out of many possibilities and explore the unconscious forces/law of attraction that attracted 'this' future possibility to occur.

My last deja vu experience happened in 2009, the one before that was probably 2006. Looking at those years now, I was going through my 27-29 year Saturn Return and it was a tough time for me. They helped me through my struggles by accepting that the course I was on was right and that God still had a plan for everything.

I've had experiences like that too.

A certain scenario would happen and I would be like "haven't this happened already?"

Lol, it's crazy. I love it, but it spooks me sometimes.

So it means I've already been there/done that. But I'm supposed to do it different from the "last time" ?

I thought about it too since I realized this experience called the deja vu and read few information about it. At this moment I view it as a fate/destiny but when I experienced deja vu again few days ago (another BAD-HARD day) something told me it could be a message.

I also sometimes got a visual dream. When my ex cheated on me, before I found out I dreamed him with some women out of the blue in the night while I never got suspicious about his behavior or our relationship. When we broke up I had no dream about it but when we got together again after him begging me to stay, the dream came back, and yes, he still cheated behind my back. The same happened when another ex tried to trick me that he had done with his ex which actually he carried two relationship at the same time.

If I remember the dream that I dream, it usually tries to tell me that the person is manipulating/lying/tricking/cheating.

If I barely remember the dream that I dream, it usually will be a deja vu. This is a mystery, I don't know why only some people can have this experience. Why?

Remember that when we are asleep, dreaming, unconscious, etc, we are no longer tied to the physical body and therefore we become our true selves, not bound by space or time. Therefore yes, dreams can be your soul aspect trying to force you to 'know' something but if it violates the aspect of free will, our guides or higher self can also force us to forget when we wake up.

I also had a dream that my first gf was cheating on me. I was aware that we were in a kitchen and she said she had to go somewhere. I asked where and she said the bank, but I could tell that I didn't trust her response. I didn't think anything of it when I woke up but later on I found out that she never came home that night and slept over at a friend's house (no sex though).

So ya, some of us are very intuitively tuned in on a soul frequency, like our sixth sense just 'knows' certain things. Both Neptune and Uranus could be part of the aspects that would contribute to this.

Linda said we astrally visit the near future while we sleep, so when we get to that point in real time, it's deja vu.

SDragon!! awesome comments
Randall, I have a comment related to what Linda said...

What you seed and Feed... Will Grow

Cultivate a sense of Gladness and Trust into your Mix...

Sometimes there's a Promise waiting for you in the Distant Future, that if you'll just hold on long enough while God makes adjustments (like dealing with living in a home while major remodeling happens) and if you persevere in these harder times, and 'find' the joys in the Space, then perhaps What you've sown in tears, you'll reap with Joy! afterwards.

Look at Mercury Neptune Uranus Moon (and Pluto to these) natal aspect relationships, transits and progressions to those.
H3, H8, H9, H11, H12.
Asp to their Rulers.

I have MercuryGem(andMarsCanc)H7 trine Neptune LibraH10
Mercury sextile Pluto(e.o.H8) (Pluto sextile Neptune)
Uranus H8 cancer sextile Moon H9
H3 cusp Aquarius trine MercuryGem, trine Neptune
Jupiter H8 Cancer sextile Moon

H8 water stellium. Water 11th & 12th.

I had prolific dreams from teen years to my fifties. Many of these were precognitive. I used to keep a dream journal, with little sketches sometimes. When I'd literally walk-into places I had dreamed about, it was soooo surreal and creepy. I'd 'wait' for 'something to happen'... and nothing. So, of course, I had a heightened awareness IN these places while I was there.

I haven't been able to pay as much attention to my dreams as I ought. (Was plagued with night-time distractions where I live(d) ... haha, I just used the past-tense there!!! Maybe it's a Positive omen.)

But based on the fact that I 'used' to dream of places 'in advance', I don't let it worry me anymore.

I have tNeptune going through my intercH3-Aqua house right now...
