Today I was in meditation and I saw that this guy who I know spiritually invades my life has wrapped astral cords or something around my ankles and legs. I was trying to remove them and almost did it but couldn't do it due to lack of energy after so much effort. As I was trying to fight and remove them my legs started tingling and vibrating.

A psychic told me this before that he wrapped something around my legs and my neck.

Can someone tell me why he would want to wrap these around my legs and neck?

Does anyone know anything about astral cords?

Yeah but its usually about unconsciously attached astral cords. This guy consciously attached them to me and I cant find info on that.

This is how to untangle them.

1. Create a meditative, calm state and call on your Highest Spirit Guides/Angels/Entities for help.
2. Once you are there, ask to see your Astral Cords, or more specifically, ask to see the Astral Cords connected to you in relation to a specific person. Wait and watch for those cords to light up for you. (The more you practice this, the more adept you will become in seeing and/or feeling them.)
3. If you want to remove a cord, with conscious intent, unhook the cord with your right hand (releasing hand) and send it out of your aura or energy field. Ask your Highest Spirit Guides/Angels to help you remove it and send it/hook it back to the person it is connected to (you do not want the cause energy bleeding from the unhook cord in the other individual). Tell them you do not want the connection back, creating an energy shield from further connections.
4. DO NOT rip, cut or tear out Astral Cords. This creates holes in your aura which will leak energy. It also causes energy leaks in the cords still connected to the other individual.
5. Ask you Highest Spirit Guides/Angels to help you fill any and all energy/aura holes with liquid light gold to seal in your energy.
6. Give thanks.

I've heard of this thing.This is a psychic attack. Binding someones legs and /or hands in the astral is a severe violation of occult laws as it is acting upon someone without their permission. There is a severe price to pay for such practices.
This binding is supposed to incapacitate someone, render them unable to act.

I do not know how to break these ropes other than calling for divine help, there is a prayer to Arechangel Michael for protection from dark energies.
Nevertheless this calls for psychic defense hygene:
say mentally or out loud, you may need to do it many times until it sinks in
"I deny to any person or being whatsoever the power to influence me psychically or astrally without my consent.
I neutralize them by this denial."
