To Stinky Cat:

You're so sweet
And sit on my lap
Even if only
To take a short nap.
You prance and you roll
While looking ever so happy;
Too bad your butt smells like litter
And your breath like a nappie.

*claps at self*

*bows*

*throws rose petals up in the air*

*stands under them so that they land around her*

I had caffiene today.
Can you tell?

Proxieme,

I cannot tell that you've had caffeine

I love Stinky Cat nonetheless. Thank you, it made my afternoon.

Love,

Aphrodite

Although I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not that you can't tell that I've had caffiene...
I haven't imbibed (because I don't like the word "drunk") coffee in so long that I feel like I'm bouncing off the flippin' walls.

I shall now finish wrapping presents and make the Christmas Tree aforementioned in the Fantabulous Day thread;
then I may set the presents under (or, actually, in front of) the fake tree and feel very satisfied with all that I have accomplished - that feeling of accomplishment magnified exponentially by the presence of shiny paper and pretty bows.
I shall then try not to gloat mercilessly, as I am done with shopping when no one else is.

Keep an eye out for ol Stinky Cat. They delight in pretty paper & bows.

I once had a Persian that tore up every gift wrapped under the tree...

ps I`m done except for one gift

Awww...poor stinky cat! I now have one who is a little bit stinky, but he's awfully sweet! Perhaps I'll read your cute poem to him!

Alas...I am late this year on my Xmas shopping...

LOL Corri --

The topic brought me in -- lmao.

Tho MY kitty is not stinky -- not Speedy!!

And I AGREE!! What a lucky youngun having such a silly woman for a Mother!! My Mother was silly too --and i so fondly remember those fun times with her. Guess that Gemini Moon of hers kept things just the right amount of "light" for her Capricorn Sun.

Like I said before...
atleast the kiddo'll always have a playmate around
5th House Suns are good for somethin'.

Aw, Stinky Cat's not that bad...I mean she is: she'd destroy any presents that I put out in the span of a night, but she's really sweet. She's not mine (or I'm not her person) - my roomie rescued her and her sister (Noisy Cat - not her real name, either) when they were kittens and her roomie at the time found them mewing frantically in some bushes. The vet that she took them to said that they were too healthy to have been born wild; someone had dropped them off

Stinky is a lithe, huntress-looking black cat with a little whisp of white on her chest. Whenever you eat, she sits as close to you as she can get away with while slightly moving her mouth and licking her lips (...even if you're eating salad...no matter how much food she has downstairs). Noisy (I call her that because, while intially very timid, once she gets to know you she follows you around intent on holding discussions) is a black-and-white tuxedo cat. She's much more prissy than her sister with an alternate fake name of "Princess White Toes", and is also much more cuddly once her inhibitions are overcome.
