Well, not exactly my cat but one of my freinds cat that I always give lots of attention to.

Anyway, I didn't even think much of it even thought my friend whould tell me I know your at the door when ever you come over because georgie is always runing towards the door and she doesn't for other people.

yesterday, I thought I whould do a test I imagined in my head, I was petting her and giving her a chin rub. I called my freind and ask was georgie purring yesterday and the answer was yes.

I'm sorta spooked now, does anyone have any thoughts? She's a tabby and has some mau in her.

My cat used to talk to me in my dreams, and I would wake up, and she would be staring right at me.

It didn't help matters that she could really talk (say a few words). Scary! She would go to the door and say, "Out."

No reason to be spooked. It's just another part of life!!

I think a lot of animals (and cats in particular for some reason) have senses we have either lost or just don't have.

I still have dreams of one of my cats that died 2 decades ago. We had a strong bond.

My cat used to spook me. I would dream of her talking.

ha!!! I think that's awesome!!!

My cat used to sleep in bed with me and there were so many nights he would wake up and stare at the door and then sometimes start growling at it.

That freaked me out but not because of him - because of whatever it was he was seeing that I couldn't see!

She would wake me and my two brothers up by sucking on our ear lobes. I didn't even know cats had that ability. Weird! But I almost believe she was shape-shifting fairy or something sent to watch over us.
