Is dut a requirement for u in a pardner?

My gramps recently got a dog he stashed it in the rest house. I think he has always wanted a dog lol! But my grandma is terrified of the tiniest fluffa! And since everyone is terrified of her.. No dogs!

No, not at all sand.

But he can't be abusive though. (and hopefully not allergic)

Your poor gramps, longing for a doggie and he can't have one!

I wonder if she can warm up to one eventually.. Is your grandma deathly afraid or just not fond of 'em? 'Cause you wouldn't want to give her a heart attack lol.

Actually, I like 'em both equally.

I know some people don't like cats because they don't want to deal with kitty litter.

Yes, it's a requirement for me. I think you can tell alot about a person who does not love animals. Animal lovers are a different breed from .....erm....human lovers. Of course one can like both, but when one goes one way or the other, it's not okay in my book. Animals are equally as important to like, or love, for me.

I usually don't jibe well with people who prefer humans and don't care too much for animals. Something is wrong with their hearts.

I loooove my fluffas! One dog, two kitty fur balls. They're my babies. It would be hard to imagine a life without them. When wolfy fluffa wasn't with me, I felt depressed, even though my brother said he was adjusting well. It was a case of seperation axiety from my part and worry if he really was ok.

When we have a pet, we develope our own way of communicating with them. We understand what certain barks or meows mean even if others don't. We understand their body language and their routine which is why it was so terrible not having him with me.

But! He is now and it's as if we were never apart.

When I was volunteering at a hospice for terminally ill kiddies, our fluffa brothers and sister were allowed to visit twice a week. It was very theraputic for the kids and the joy from their faces were indescibable.
The fluffas instantly lifted their spirits.

Just remembered once after playing with my dog, my nephew said, "Dogs protect our Light outside our house and cats protect our Light inside our houses."

He was five at the time (a very intuitive scorp). I believe he meant our spirits or dogs protecting our bodies and cats our souls.

LOL @ the pic T. It does explain why my mom is the way she is.. she has no soul!

Oh yes it's very therapeutic, Charm! Petting/hugging a dog or cat (or any other animal you love) lowers blood pressure and raises feel good hormones at the same time.

When my dog says "bah-buf.." I know something startled her and she's curious what it is/trying to find out. It's equivalent to "what was that??". That's when she goes around looking outside the windows.

Also her "woowooowoo" is her begging for more snacks.

My girl is silly!

Yes, funny how we understand what their different barks mean after awhile.

It would be hard to type out mine's.....she sounds like a seagull when I come home from having left her for a bit. These high pitched screechy noises.

You know you spoil your dog - or are too easy on them when they do something bad and you say: "NO! Bad girl!"

and they just stand their smiling, tail wagging as if to ask: "Huh?"

*sigh* lol

I guess I don't say it enough.
