he New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance identifying the following individual wanted for animal cruelty which took place on August 26, 2012 at approximately 1130 hours inside of 505 East 120 Street(Wagner Houses) in the confines of the 25 Pct.Cops are looking for the heartless abuser caught on video repeatedly kicking a small dog in a Harlem elevator late last month. The man was caught on surveillance camera walking what appears to be a pitbull into the lobby of a building in the Wagner Houses on E. 120th St. about 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 26. He walked the dog into the elevator and before before the doors had fully shut, he unleashed his attack on the terrified creature. WATCH THE VIDEO: MAN KICKS, SLAPS SMALL DOG AS ANIMAL COWERS The video, released by the NYPD Thursday, shows the suspect kicking the dog six times and slapping it in the face once. The animal cowered against the wall of the elevator and squirmed between the vicious blows. At one point, the abuser appears to be scolding the dog. The man’s relationship to the animal was not known. The suspect was wearing a red T-shirt and baseball cap, with his hair was in long corn rows.

Unfortunately that's how some people (if you can call them that) "train" (and I say that loosely) their pets to be vicious. By abusing and mistreating them. All breeds can be mistreated, but sadly, APBT and SBT gets abused, like the story above, a lot more often because too many want them to be mean, vicious fighting/guard dogs.  ------------------
