Animal rescuers have asked for the public`s help in finding the people who dumped a dog at a San Fernando Walgreens parking lot on Christmas Eve, leaving him appearing dirty, matted and without food. Kirk Hawkins reports for the KTLA 5 News at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014.
