Oh yes!
They have fingers and will indeed pet and groom a cat they made friends with!
They will snuggle and groom each other!
I have a cat that insists on running out the door (she is supposed to be an indoor cat)
to go find her opossum friend!
They chase each other and then sit and rest together and share the cat food.IP: Logged |

Evil Raccoons killed one of my Opossums. 
Found his definitely dead body.
However saw a new Opossum the other night!
A long white skinny but happy looking one!

Yes they do!
We have had 4 nasty raccoons.
A beautiful very very white and pink Opossum showed up right before the damn coons.
I hope they did not hurt her.
Very pale and lovely!
Never saw one that color!
I am pretty sure she is an albino!------------------

Sadly more new people moved in and sweet Opossums keep vanishing and so do the outside feral cats I have tried to take care of for years.
