What's all this about then?

Interesting article, venusdeindia. Thanks for posting!

Of course, one should be skeptical; these things are often a hoax.

But the evidence of "miracles" has also been verified many many times.

Why does it seem to happen more often in third-world countries?

Good question! These words of Jesus might hold a clue:

"It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven."

Silverstone I know.
Its an opportunity for me to continue my ramblings. I belong to those people in the world who do not wish to be remembered
Very few people are those. Quite unlike a Gemini or a Leo sun sign LOL

But I will ramble some more... and delete what I said later on....

I have often quoted Buddha here. His concept of void is not appealing to people who need others for their happiness. For them Jesus/Sufis the path of love is more appealing.

Humans are s$hit people always arguing for and against.

Remeber the choice is always upto you. Become one with God or be separate(the illusion).

Continue to experience your desires thru others and continue to be not alone. Whoeever says "I am alone" still is not enlightened. There is no I in enlightenment (i have deleted more comments on that from earlier posts).

And as a sun sign in cancer I know that I have choice to experience this truth or discard it. When I look in to the horoscope, I wonder should I experience the dualistic universe (Gemini sign) or experience a non dualistic oneness (Leo sign)! Or my own truth of the void.
A gemini will say "Attain? What about this world then?". A leo will say "Let me first achieve something in the world and then I shall attain." And a cancer will say "There is nothing to attain".

Hence I find Buddhas message of the void the most appealing. The peak. But if you cannot accept it is fine too. Aren't we all Gods? Humans are condemned to choose

When you make a choice you miss. Be choiceless. Dance between meditation and love. When you are tired of the drama , meditate. When you are tired of being alone, dance.

Jesus says when you find the truth you will be troubled. Not in the Gospel that the stupid world knows but in Thomas's. When I read it, I was thrilled. Only a hypocrite hindu and christian saint will say you will find bliss and all that crap. Will go more in to that later on.

When time allows I will probably paste links too ....

quote:
Nothing fails like success. — Gerald Nachman

That quote is so true. The best I heard. It was true with Buddha and many other rich men who are on the crossroads of failure. I call them the future buddhas and their success is guaranteed. even more when they meet a buddha in body

Remember the trees and the animals and humans are equal. God is everywhere so how can they not be equal? However God sleeps more in trees than in animals than in humans.

For those who desire to be or are already at the center and dancing at the circumference. Heres a quote.

People struck by that quote can read his book Free Play.

An old zen saying says "If you see the Buddha walking on the street, cut his head off".

But this stupid Jesus is sending blood in photos

He must be still ascending to God and probably sending us messages to paint his photo all red if you see it
Probably further atonement for the crap religion he left for us here on earth.

And what if his crucifixion was for all the sins he committed in his past lifes. His karmic pay backs.

Does anyone really think he wants us to drink his blood and eat his flesh?
Jeez.
Heh its my opinion and I am entitled to it.

Note I am not saying one can't help others after reaching on the other side. But who wants to continue his stupidity once on other side. I find this whole idea ridiculous.

Eating a master means you are invited to experience his presence. See him from all angles. How he lives, how he sleeps, etc... etc....

Somehow the non vegetarian (lol) people must have twisted great truths per their own projections.

And the last thing i would like to say is this. Hehe...the last thing becomes a starting point for next discussion LOL

Anyhow - In astrology the 8th house(ruled by scorpio) has been incorrectly identified as the house of death. If this center can be located in the body, it should be found on horoscope as well. May be thats why they choose 8th as the house because sex is close to death. You climax and then you anticlimax.

The 8th is the house of sex. And sex gives birth to life force.

A scorpio who is centered, can actually raise her energy and transform her self to higher potentials. A bodhisattva must transform this sexual energy in to compassion. It will happen if they know how to. But be like a flower that knows automatically when dawn comes and it opens up. No other method required.

Therefore I really love the word house of transformation for the 8th house.

The death we know can be transforming. But many people fear it. This is where I would like to comment more on that "you will be troubled " quote. But I am not ready yet.
I need to taste it. Do not cling to my words. Chop my head off too if you see me .
There is danger in posting in public forums. How could a question be same of two person? So when they read my responses , they will call it belief and skip. Which is excellent. But some will cling to it and i could actually be impairing their growth - so will delete my posts very soon. Don't listen to a disciple , but to an Master.

Cheers...

Jesus...no pun intended lol...well first of all I myself am a moon in Scorpio rising Libra, second of all my ex of 3 years is a Cancer Scorpio rising Cancer...intriguing, very very intriguing... makes sense as to why I find you interesting the whole devil's advocate thing also makes sense....scorpio moons are big on trying to break down things they see as fake illusions. As a Libra rising i try to keep that desire under control, which sometimes works pretty well...but I know as a Cancer you wouldn't care as much. Cool cool

Anyways:

quote:
May be thats why they choose 8th as the house because sex is close to death. You climax and then you anticlimax.

The french refer to the orgasm as un petit mort...a little death... also religious experience falls into that category. Scientists have found that the part of the brain that lights up when a person is having a religious experience as the same one that does when they are having sex. Very interesting scorpio dynamics...which is why many Scorpios I know have intense relationships with religion. They either really love it or really hate it but very often a bit of both

At the moment of birth no.
Present, perhaps have to check transits.
Future I don't care(If my response was as a buddhist then i shouldn't give birth to the future. hence the indifference)

LOL
however there are major aspects of pluto with sun, jupiter , venus and neptune at time of birth. am i being used as a guinea pig?

Yeah, its true about brain lighting up. But i didn't know it was associated with religion. I thought area of intellectualism.

This was first recognized by jewish saints. Hence in their religion they circumcise babies before 8th day. To shock that area in the brain as both nerve centers are adjacent. this way the babies becomes more intelligent they believe. karl marx, einstein, jesus etc LOL...

If I had babies, I won't mind circumcising them if I was born a jew

No offense, the islam people stupidly do the same to adult men after they newly convert. Those idiots don't know it has to be done to babies only to get results, with adult the brains are already developed

Guinea pig? Hardly...unless you want to of course

Ohhh I didn't know that about circumcision having to be done at 8 days...I should tell my friend's uncle (who is jewish) that he shouldn't have had it done at 40 since it doesn't count. LOL! Oh he will be mad...traumatic experience
