I don't know if anyone can ever truly figure the entire puzzle out, but I often wonder- if this creation is only an illusion- then why would infinite consciousness ever chose to allow parts of itself to be here in the first place? Considering that the amount of suffering that exists here is no unserious matter.

So, the way I've come to think of it is that there are two possibilities.....either there's something I haven't understood yet or the purpose of life- the experience of individuation- is to eventually bring heaven to earth (and those are just names, but the simplest I can think of to explain what I mean).

Some more thoughts I just put in another thread:

We co-create our realities but the trouble we experience exists because some of us desire to control/ harm others.

There is no consensus view of reality/ morality.

That's what makes this world a prison.

Until every being on the planet feels its interconnectedness to all other life....as well as a deep enhanced empathy.....can we ever be truly free?

Therefore, I decided today...when trying to visualize what a more harmonious/ higher dimensional reality would look like (without abandoning individuality altogether).....

It would be a place where "every being on the planet feels its interconnectedness to all other life....as well as a deep enhanced empathy".

I like the ideas i'm finding lately, that have a lot to do with elimination, and how the proper function of the psyche, as well as the body, is not to accumulate and produce, but, to purify and eliminate. According to this theory, empathy would be intrinsic to our natural state, or, rather, to a state of optimum health, which would be characterized by a lack of impurities. Impurities accumulate because of blockages. When the mind and body is free of blockages, it is regulated so as to pass things through it with ease. It takes only what it needs, and evacuates the rest. Holding onto ideologies and points of view would be unthinkable. Every situation would be confronted fresh, as something entirely unique, and, yet, through instinct and intuition, rather than ideological adherence, we would naturally choose the proper course.

Your thread title caught my eye as soon as I came to this forum.
I do not usually post here, for a few reasons.
One of them is because while I think very deep thoughts it is hard for me to verbalize them well.
It never seems to come out the way it is in my head, so I tend to leave those thoughts in my head, or on my notebook pages.

I have the utmost respect for people like you and Valus and many others who have the talent and ability and courage to say what you believe.
It is quite a talent to be a visionary.
Maybe it is just my makeup as a person, but I can't seem to convey seriousness, so I have given up.
Often this happens to sagittarius people.
The theatre symbol of comedy and tragedy has special meaning to me, because these are the things that have shaped my life.

Anyway, in my simple terms, I just wanted to say in reply to your question, that what I have learned in my 42 years of life is that yes, is the answer to your question.

In my book unconditional love and the removal of ego are the way or the path to liberation.
At least this has proven to be so in my life.
So many things we do and say on any given day have to do with ego.
Yet letting go of that is virtually impossible. It is a built in survival mechanism, yet gets so twisted as to be a tool for success, financial gain, love, freedom, everything that should be quite the opposite of ego.
Unconditonal love is easier for me.
Once you become a parent, that one comes more natural, but to practice it with those not your kin, well, a different story, and knock, knock, who is it? EGO, here.

i had to put david icke down. the headaches and the gloom were too much for me this time! at the moment i am reading arjuna ardagh's TRANSLUCENT REVOLUTION. just started it but he is talking about the same thing as you here.

he calls the construct that creates separation the "iago factor". if you know othello you know what he is talking about, and if you have experienced awakening you also know what he is talking about. i suspect you do!
