Hi,

I would like to study Tantra, and also the spiritual path of a traditional Dakini. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I guess this is something I could google....but id rather get a recommendation...books or even retreats and workshops would be so helpful. Thank you.

Just in case you haven't checked already, here are the wiki articles:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dakini

and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tantra

Note the links and also sources for further reading. And here's the Amazon links on Dakini books:

You should be able to get those books from your library. Write down the title and author and also the ISBN-13 (some ILL--Inter Library Loan--forms requires the ISBN and they mean the one with "13" after it) and a librarian should easily help you find the books you're most interested in (even if they have to borrow them from another library which there MAY be a charge for in that case but it's usually a dollar or less in most cases).

Thanks PixieJane. I appreciate the time you took to pull those up for me. I certainly could have done it myself, and feel silly for not doing so, but...I do have to say that feel more confident in your search than my own. Thanks!

I've gotten books through ILL, and there has never been a charge so far. They can get just about anything!
