But lately I have been saying how I hate God(with no particular divinity in mind, mind you)

I feel very depressed and unhappy. All my life I have had some God to connect to. Even if not very deeply.
Many changes and upheavals over this past year and a half have caused me to reevaluate.

I don't want to be converted to anything.

I just would like to know how to connect back with source, so that I can find the God/Goddess I feel most comfortable with.

I had become an atheist for about two weeks after a wound I'd received from an rc priest in the church I attended. (A month later, that priest left the priesthood.)

The way the wound came in, was that I had remained in the chapel after Mass. I was sensitive to Energies, and I could 'feel' the Energy had not dissipated, so I lingered in it. I was a younger teen, but had the privilege of singing with the adults in the choir. We had sung a song, and that song started to play through my mind again.

Words to the Song: God is LOVE. He who abides in Love, abides in GOD, and GOD IN him.

Suddenly, I realized that God was not some old man seated on a concrete throne with pigeons flying around his head!! no no..... That GOD is a SPIRIT. GOD is LOVE. The LOVE that we Feel INside Our HEART.

YOU, WhiteWitch. You have felt love for others, and for children. YOU are FULL of Life. And that Life is all around you.

GOD Loves YOU more, than the Greatest Love Feelings you've ever felt for a man, a woman, or a small Child. YOU are 'a child' deep inside you somewhere... (just as I have a child that lives inside me).

GOD already has what I call spores-of-God, GOD-Cells, imbedded in your Heart. Your heart is able to stay alive because of it. Your Heartbeat already beats in-sync as One with Him. He is beating it FOR you.

Focus on your Heart.
Place your hands over your chest.
Feel your heart beating.
And thank GOD (out loud, if you can) that GOD Is There.
Feel and Cultivate a Hunger that is already there.
Let this intensify, and stay with it.

Cry out in and through the dark ethers, cry out STRONG.
He~ Hears the 'pureness' in your Cry, and is Moved.
He moves towards you....

Ask for His Spirit, and that Spirit (The emanation of Source) will hear.
Sustain 'a Place' a Room for that 'Hunger'--

Place seeds of your own Love on the offering plate of your uplifted hands.
Call.......
The Dove of GOD descends,
Fills the Empty Space,
The Hungry Space inside you,
Filling you with GOOD Food for your Soul.

Establish this rapore every day,
Open the Windows of Your Soul...
The Beautiful Dove (GOD Spirit) will continue to come to you, and Feed You, Charm You, Fill you with Good Pleasures.

As you ponder Its Beauty within Your Mind's Eye,
Allow the etheric-forces of that Beauty and Love Fill You.

To put it in more generic terms...if the concept of God is problematic to you...as it was problematic for me in the past...you don't have to engage with a symbol...

I think the way to Source is being fully present, forgetting your ego, taking it even to the extreme of forgetting your identity, your past and future, just being the Observer who breathes and engages fully with life. There is joy, understanding, connection there.

Put ALL your focus in one moment, and feel what happens to you inside that moment.

String those moments together and see how they build towards something transcendant, almost of their own accord...your awareness becomes infused with energy, as you cut loose from the burden of your past, cut loose from the future, and soar up like a hot air balloon with its sand bags cast off...

And for as long as you can, exist just as the person who is right now, fully accepting every aspect of right now as if you decided on it yourself. So that you love and accept your life and your position in relation to life.
