Consciousness wise, we are talking the .0000001% or less of humanity. Meanwhile, a number of the more well known spokespeople for this, have been caught lying, cheating, etc. One particularly well known guy was found eating McDonalds or Burger King of all things, and then tried to justify/rationalize it (somehow) after. But then again, this guy was also literally charging others billions to learn from him... (like a true enlightened, master type would even care about money). In 3D body needs some matter to convert to energy. Some yogis with breathing technique reduce their heart beating rates and reduce metabolism and conserve energy.
