why after years of being inundated with this number, have the masses failed to look at the significance for the numerology of the 1st day of the new year? or have i missed the discussion?
sesame, do you have any ideas of the significance?
maybe there is NO significance, but it seems to me a stronger vibration than the 11.1.10 or the 11/1/11...
i mean if a number chases you around for years and years, it seems there is some significance..and yet, i have heard nada..
IQ or sesame? any ideas?

That's a good question - I've heard in the news about 8/8/8, and 05:06:07 08/09/10, but this is the first about 01/01/11. One interesting point too is that it's the same for both US and Oz - we have the day before the month. There is an argument that it is 2011, so the 11 isn't exactly that significant, but I think it'd look pretty cool when the clock hits 01:01:01, 01/01/11, or 01:01:11. Perhaps it's also because 11 is different from 1, but there are a lot of 1's that could be seen. As 1 represents teaching, and 11 is master which also adds to the 2 of learning, I think this could be a great New Years Eve date if you are publishing something concerning education, etc.
Cool observation btw!
Heaps of Love,
I realized it for the first time in my life:
there is nothing but mystery in the world,
how it hides behind the fabric of our poor,
browbeat days, shining brightly, and we don't even know it.
