Hello,

My first post on the forum and I was just wondering if anyone could share any insight into their personal year 2.

The year has been an absolute nightmare. My father became disabled, me and my brother fell out and me and someone I thought was my twinflame left me high and dry. It has literally been a year of loss after loss. I know the skill that is being tested is patience, but I just keep asking myself... yeah, but do I really get what I want after this year is over?

I've been looking into next year, and whether I may be able to rekindle some of the relationships that I have lost and it doesn't even seem like Year 3 is the year for that. This year has been extremely bad.

Anyone else care to share their experiences of this dreadful 2 year?

That's a shame Randall. I had a 9 in 2012, but I can't remember it all that well. The only thing I really remember is realising that I had grown up alot since 2008 (which was when I started university). I think the calmness of my #9 is coming back to haunt me now!!!

Just a note to anyone who may be reading this a later stage... Make sure you make a note/record the details of your dreams during your Personal Year 2. I had a number of dreams 6 months ago, the contents of which are only making sense today!

When in doubt, ask questions.

The only thing I can really say is that in my 8 year, I had quite a public argument with someone that I felt pushed me around and was rather insincere.

It was someone that I wanted to get to know quite intimately/personally, but being quite an outspoken person (especially when wronged) this was difficult because I challenged him.

In the October 2011, we had this massive fight and essentially I was forced to retreat (while at uni) and focus on my final year. After the argument, people were talking about me, but I didn't have the opportunity to defend myself because 1. I thought people wouldn't understand and 2. he was a more well-known open character and 3. I didn't feel safe under the eyes of other people. So, I became really reclusive/introspective. This lasted into my 9 year.

I graduated and by the end of the 9 year (2012), I realised that I was someone who often had good/useful/great things to say, but the way I delivered my thoughts and the way they were perceived was problematic. So, my 9 year essentially helped to end my inability to see myself how others saw me; and it also helped me to see that I should avoid being around people who brought out my worst points. My 9 year ended a lot of my own personal destructive behaviour.
