I understand your disapointment, I felt the same when i discovered astrology. It was a mixed feeling of pride for ex my aqua sun or regulus conjunct north node, sirius on asc pisces venus and some other things but the truth is that it is a mixed bag with other more disturbing things that i prefer to keep private to prevent others to look for them in their chart ( i think i should not develop them because it will not change them and it could be misused by others who would look for them in their birth chart because of me. I don't want that responsability) however i consider that part of me as important and i do not forget them.

The thing is , there is a reason for everything and more and more, as i grow up spiritually, i see that they are either here because they belong to me from the past probably, or because they help me to improve them. This life is a chance for me to work on them consciously.
I don't do much numerology, mainly astrology. So i don't know about the numbers true validity but i pondered a lot about the truth of astrology. I think it is like watch it shows the time but it does not "make" the time. It triggers certain influences but they act differently for different people. Essentially, to me, above all else, they confirm the organised, real "life" of an unseen reality.

As we agreed we can't out manouver the universe, and i think it is because it works in real time too, so if one prepares himself to avoid a certain outcome for example and skip some lesson for exemple, then the universe will let him do it but will keep the lesson for another time and will serve him later, differently. If the numbers are questionable, may be they are... May be part of your journey is to validate them, to research them, etc...

I have had my time when i wondered if the universe had a good motivation. After all, if we have to find for ourselves where we go and our meaning here, all the question can be ( should be ? ) asked . I came to the conclusion that the (hidden) universe is good in nature .
I can't explain that, but i feel it, i know it. But that is just my truth... And it doesn't mean i necessarily deserve its good treatment, but for me the beauty may not be in the way the universe teeat me but in what i learn, in the outcome beyond the mundane reality. then i should "enjoy" the bitterness. Buddha talked about contentment, a place between happiness and sorrow. The middle path.... We can do that. With a life path seven you can show us, you ve been given the chance to live "Spirituality". Other more mundane number may describe those numbers from their mundane perspective as something bad but from a spiritual stand/ point of view, it is a great journey .

I feel happy for you, although you may hurt at this time of your journey but i am sure that you will have more happiness than you can imagine. U have been cut for the job at hand. And i think once we live up to our destiny, we feel so content that we want to do it again. Trust yourself, live your life, be who you came here to be, all will be better than you expect.

Are you saying you don't like to discuss the negative parts of your chart? Sorry I didn't fully understand the first part of your response.

And I get that my life path as 7 is to discover spirituality and research it and to unite science with spirit; I totally get that. But as a human being I feel like I am capable of so much more than that and that's why I feel limited by the descriptions that numerology provides. I get that I should take it with a grain of salt, but some things that I have great understandings of I have never researched a day in my life and it makes sense to me. I think its like that for a lot of people. There is so much more worth to us as people than the numbers of the day we were born into or the aspects of our natal chart.

I think i have a very deep and thorough understanding of astrology but i have always been reluctant to share too much of it on lindaland cause it remains written and can be read by people who do not grasp everything related. I don't mind to appear unknowledgeable in astrology. Quite the opposite.

May be your way isn't in astrology or numerology. Many ways exists. My best friend is into alchemy. 3 old sisters i know have each their own approach to esoteric wisdom. One is a yoga teacher, one heal people with her hands, and the eldest does astrology and tarot.

having found lindaland is always a good thing i think. It is a safe place where you will meet truly spiritual people, although sometimes it can be very shallow, but it would be too heavy if it wasn't the case sometimes, probably.

I totally agree with you that there is a risk to get locked in astrology or numerology concepts. Defining ourselves in numbers is very limiting. That is why for exemple i do not know my family's charts. I looked at them once or twice. I remember a few things like moon or asc, besides sun sign of course, but i never reserched their numbers, lifepath,astrology aspects... I don't want to start to define my relationships with my family based on that.

Of course as always, to each their own, if i could be sure that knowing all that, It would not change my relationship with them probably that i wouldn't mind knowing their data.
