I did not use numerology when I changed my name (first name only from Joseph to Kannon) several years ago. I simply asked for a new name in my moments of quiet meditation and it actually came to me pretty quickly. Took me about a year to finally accept that, yes, it had been that clear-cut and easy.

I think everyone has this ability. It lets your subconscious get together with your superconscious and does the work. Given how much we can fret and fiddle with things like numerology and astrology, this seems preferable to me.

Good luck, and don't put off taking hold of your own identity and name because of transient material circumstances. The spiritual - if you are proactive - is in charge of the material.
