Is there a way to pick the best house to live in based on numerology?

It depends what kind of energy you feel comfortable with. If you know your astrology and numerology, you can use that knowledge to pick a good house number for yourself.

For example: 3 is good fortune for "higher education", so if you're looking for this kind of self development, 3 might be the house number for you. 6 is good for love. 7 is spiritual, but is hard to leave. 5 is all for change and many conversations, and might not be the best for long term, as the emphasis on change is powerful. 1 is good for dignity. 2 is a familial, nourishing number, and so on.

Thanks Ayelet. Right now I’m living in a house that adds to 9. The apartment number is a 2. The energy of the place is very uncomfortable to me. I’m not sure if that’s due to the numerology of it or other factors (like energy of previous tenants or past events, or even the current tenants that live in the same house but in the other apartment) I keep thinking I just have to get used to it but I have been here for a few years now and still feel the energy is not good.

The last place I lived in totaled to an 8. I loved the energy there. It felt very clean (energetically) to me. But- the place had been completely renovated before I moved in, so nothing of the last owner remained. It also had never been a rental, unlike the place I live in now which has been a rental for a long time and has had many tenants in and out. Interestingly, my birthdate (month, day and year all combined) totals to 8. But I don’t know if I would love another 8 place because I’m just not sure if it was the numerology aspect that made me like it or if it was other factors.

Funny thing is, when I look online for places to move, I overwhelmingly find listings for places with a number 9!! Kind of strange. No sense in moving to another 9 place. But it makes me feel as though I am destined for one at this time in my life.

Do you have knowledge of number 9 houses? Are they just not compatible with me?

Moving is such a big ordeal and expense, I want to make sure to pick a place that is right for me so I don’t have to do it again! Any advice is appreciated.

P.S. I just want to add that I had a major life event happen on September 9 of a 9 year. I always wondered about the significant of this date, being all 9’s?

Thanks so much for reading my long post and for any insight you can offer.

It could be former tenants had negative experiences in your current apartment, which thing can create a bad atmosphere. I believe such vibes can be altered with effort, investing good energy into the place, through music, prayers and/or otherwise fun gatherings.
Some say that in case of an apartment, the number of the apartment is more significant than the number of the building. I do not know if that is true. Maybe both are significant. I suggest you look up both 9 and 2 and see if there is one number which resonates more with your current place.

9 is the number of Aries. It is good for idealistic people. I read that a 9 house is good for humanitarianism. That might be true, but I guess 9 can stimulate courage, straightforwardness, innocence, forgiveness and giving. I didn't read anywhere there could be a danger of strife in 9 places, but, being dominated by Mars, maybe arguments or heated speech can occur. It is a fire number. I don't remember living neither in 2 house nor in 9, so these are assumptions based on my knowledge of numerology.
2 is Cancer, the moon, water, best for families, a nurturing place. One can get very emotional in such a place, and one example of a single person who lives in a 2 and is quite moody, makes me assume that perhaps the number 2 is not always demonstrated positively (moodiness being a possible negative trait of Cancer).

Which suits better your apartment? Or perhaps a combination of the two?

I understand your full DoB number is 8. May I ask what is the number of the DAY in which you were born?
What is the number of your full name?

Also, since you're a Leo, and not knowing your day's number, maybe 2 is not harmonious with your nature. What signs are your moon and ascendant?

Concerning the life changing event you've been through - 9 gives an opportunity for a renewed energy. It is innocence and a fresh start. Maybe contemplate whether there was a Martian energy involved in whatever happened. Was something "cut" from your life, for example? It could also be an event which brings renewal of energy, what could be perceived as a positive event.

My last house where we use to live was NO 8.
I never had to worry about money or material things at that time.
We are right now living in remote village where there is no number for house.
Here we are economically struggling.

I didn't know that 8 had to do with wealth and abundance. I always associate 8 with Saturn. My name, my family home and my earrings are number 8. Never had any problem with money.

May be it's because 8 is lucky for me neurologically ?
may be because of 4+4=8 ?
May be my Uranus or Rahu is good in my chart and 4 indicate those ?
Or may be I'm Saturn Dominant person ?
I'm currently doing Slavery type Job with no respect and money.
In Vedic System my Saturn Maha Dasa is running.
Who knows ?
I don't know...

Oops I lost track of this thread, last year things became a little chaotic.

I actually was briefly displaced from my apartment in 2020 right after posting this. I lived with a relative in a number three place. Very different energy there.

Then I went back to my number 2 apartment. I have come to think that a number 2 place is not the best place to live as a single person. I can see it being great for couples though.

I see some of you mentioned number 8 resonating with Saturn. I am a Capricorn rising and I really enjoyed my 8 home.

Anyway, I appreciate those who responded here especially Ayelet who gave me a nice long response and I am sorry for not replying last year.

That is interesting. I moved in to a number 8 with my fiancé. Money is never an issue for us. But after a few years I could not stand it. Because I wanted more for myself. But there was always some reason why we were not ready to do it yet.
Until **** hit the fan so bad with our apt 6 neighbor. (I actually never had a problem w/ her until my 3rd year there)

I am vacating the apt in May!!

I'll have to double check my condo numbers that I might move into soon.

I read more about 8 houses. I vibed well enough here in the beginning and I made myself quite at home. When I started to hang out with now fiancé. I pretended I drank too much to drive home, so I slept on his couch and I asked if I could borrow his pajamas. It's just felt right to be there with him, while we took time to get to know each other.

I read that this is the place to live to excel career. I earned two degrees living here, and went from part time assistant teacher and full time college student, to full time assistant teacher, to part time college student to part time teacher.

While I earned degrees, and was busy on steroids in general, the less I started to appreciate the apartment. I really started to feel like "alright that's it!" when I had an exam for my last class and wanted to go to bed early and the kids below me where just banging on the windows at almost 11pm.

I really had to put my foot down with my fiancé and say "no more excuses we need to move"

I'm pretty sure I just want to be a teacher for the rest of my life or at least for a long while. I'm done moving on up in the world and I just want my time to be my own.

My fiancé really drags his feet on these decisions. While living in the 8 apt. He has had a lot of growth in his career. He stayed in the same place job and title (shop hand) wise for 4 years, rarely got asked to do anything else. He took a few community college classes too. (and flunked a few)
One time he did get asked to do something else at job and he got into it with the supervisor. Then got put back into what he was doing.
He took a leap almost two years ago through someone he went to high school with posting a job. And got his now wind power technician job.
Within a few months of being there he has been the lead/supervisor.
There has also been talk of him doing commissioning and maybe being an on site tech.
Part of why we wont just stop renting. (ugh he is killing me!) So I think since he still has a lot of growth that he is interested in he is way less passionate about moving and wants to wait decades it seems for everything to be perfect) And I am like, I have busted my arse and I need to be happy and get my basic needs met NOWWWWW!!!

Any who our new place will be a 7. We are not really the type that has people over a lot and throw parties. I want my quiet, and need to go to bed before midnight. I set my alarm for 6 am. I am sort of spiritual. And I feel like this is a sign that my fiance will get that commissioning job, which means he will come home less but make way more money. This could do with the lonely theme. This house is suppose to be good for teachers too.

The 7 across from current apt is 7. I notice that young people don't last very long there, and everyone who lives there keeps it clean. As soon as one girl got more serious with boyfriend she moved out with him. Then her friend moved in she hardly lasted 6 months. She was young so the solitude energy did not vibe well with her I guess.

Then this dum-dum fresh out of high school with baby mama drama moved in. I woke up to him having really loud sex once. I'm talkin furniture knocking, girl moaning. He left an un-used condom in the washing machine. The 7 did not vibe well with his bachelor baby daddy lifestyle. Just not the responsible type at all and immature. He got evicted after a few months.

Now an old man lives there he is very nice and of jewish faith. I think he resonates well with the place, and has been there a few years.

That's all for now.

I wanted to post an update. I moved out of the apartment that had energy I didn’t like...woo hoo!!

I’m moving to a number 3 apartment in a number 4 building. I’m very happy about it. I think I like the energy of 3 places. From what I read and have experienced, they’re pretty social environments and you can have opportunities for creativity as well. I’m not sure if or how the building number 4 will affect the energy (any one have any ideas about that?).

I’ll update this thread and let you all know how the energy is in the new place

Hi Randall,

I would highly recommend it.

Can I ask what number place you live in? (if you want to share, if not, no worries)
