Yes, kirlie is from my hair. It's a user name I started using about 12 years ago and I've used every since.

As to your other question, I can definately see Libra coming out in my emotional and family life. My Libra Moon in the 4th has a 3 degree opposition to my Aries Sun in the 10th. I guess you can see how this has played out. My ego in my career and my emotions in my home and family struggling against each other. I have only figured out since I started studying astrology why I have always felt like I was at odds with myself. My Libra moon in the 4th makes me almost desperate for a partner to create a home with. My Aries Sun in the 10th makes my career a very high priority. The two do not always go well together and I have had to figure out how to balance them. I fluctuate between independace and dependance and my parnters are left very confused about what I want. Most of the time I don't know what I want, lol. My moon also has a wide 8 degree conjunction to Pluto. I know this usually means I'm emotionally manipulative. And I am to an extent, but I don't think in a bad way. My Libra moon makes me strive towards peace and harmony. My Gemini rising makes me a natural diplomat. And this Pluto conjunction in a way helps me to emotionally connect with people. All of this has made me the matriarch of my family at a very young age. I have always been the family peace maker. When my mom and siblings are fighting they come to me and I help them to resolve their differences. I freely admit that sometimes I emotionally manipulate them to achieve family harmony. So, I guess I have really felt my Libra Moon because it is strongly aspected. I am only now figuring out how to use it to find happiness.

Hello and welcome.

I too have a Libra Moon, 14 degrees, in the late 11th house, conjunct my Jupiter 2 degrees earlier, opposing Aries Venus (5 and 7 degrees so) in the early 6th house. :P

Your last paragraph was cool in it's knowledge, interesting, and then kind of pretentious, but as you say, your a diplomat, so perhaps you write everything like a resume?

I apologize if I sound pretentious. And maybe part of it is my writing style. I was simply trying to convey how this has played out in my life. I try to think of the aspects/signs/houses and how they work practically in my life. This is how I have seen these aspects come out. I do not think I was being self-important though. Every person has a role to play in every relationship in their life. The roles we play are not always the same with every person in our lives. This has just been my role in my family. We have been through alot together and I was forced into this role by circumstance. I read a while back that a Sun/Moon opposition usually means that the father and mother of the person are/where at odds with each other. They are working towards different purposes there is a conflict. This was true in my case and part of what forced me into this role. I did not understand any of this until I began studying astrology. I only knew that from a very young age I was the person that my family members turned to for emotional support and to clear up misunderstanding between them. It really put alot of pressure on me at a young age.

I'm not always a diplomatic peacemaker though. I'm not nearly as diplomatic in my romantic relationships, lol. That is where my Aries wars with my Libra. That is the area that I really struggle with balance and where I need the most work. But then, we are all works in progress.

I know what you mean. We had to do court mandated family therapy when I was younger, because my brother had some issues. The psychologist labeled me, "The Peacemaker/Cheerleader." Boy, if he only knew how right he was.

My Libra Moon is in the 6th. So I literally get love sick. And in so much desire to be of service to the ones I love, I enventually enslave myself to them.

My Aries Asc jumps up and down demanding some action! Go for it! Get what you want! Speak up! Do it now!

But the Libra Moon would just like a little peace, harmony and understanding please.

And my poor Sag Sun, she just wants to go someplace warm and sunny, and sip fruity drinks with big straws.

Being the matriarch isn't such a bad thing. I mean it may be hard, but it will reward you in many ways, I should think.

Interesting. My nephew has almost the same ultimate aspect, Gypsee. He's got Virgo Asc. opposed Pisces Moon. And a Cancer sun, which trines the Moon and sextiles the Asc., instead of vice versa, but still, similar. And I gotta say, definitely family issues ill-maintained above him. While he is a calming presence. He's 1 :P

I empathise with the 10th house 4th house thing. My Gemini moon is in the 10th opposing my Venus/Neptune conjunction in the 4th (which for me has the same potency as the Sun since I am a Libran, and also my 7th house is ruled by Neptune).

Home/career dependency/independence. I hear you loud and clear!
